Previously independent, our mother faced challenges transitioning, but the staff’s warmth and commitment eased her journey. The community's unwavering dedication ensured her engagement and comfort. My wife and I are retired registered nurses. We visited 3 different facilities in the area, and interviewed management and staff at each one. All were priced nearly identical to each other, but Oak Pointe stood out because of the professionalism And bedside manner of their staff and the quality of their very well kept facility. My mother was very happy during the short time she was there. We were very impressed with hospice and end of life care she received when that time came.

I would say it's the best and I researched them all. Love the one straight hallway with only 16 rooms. Staff always 2 or more. Showers for privacy in residents rooms. So many other goods.

[name removed] was totally awesome and went over and above his duty rest. The staff seem pretty nice. I was most pleased with Carthage, but I've heard really bad things from Oak point in [location removed]. It might be a completely different experience. I've understand that [name removed] has moved on without him. I don't know what I would thought of that place.

My loved one came here for a respite stay and they were awesome! The facilities are all on one level and basically like in a huge circle - the staff is extremely helpful and everyone I came in contact with was very personable right up to the director.

We are very happy with our decision to move into Garden Plaza of Florissant. They have been very accommodating and helpful. Garden Plaza has a good location with plenty of activities to participate in.

The staff were always attentive to his needs and cared for him like a family member. The staff would answer any questions and concerns we had. If they didn't know the answer they would investigate or direct us to someone that would. We made the right decision for our father to live at Provisions.

It's an excellent place. The management and staff are great. Overall, it's a very helpful place.

I have recommended to others. It is the best place of the 3 she has been in.

The first thing that struck me was the staff all were smiling and friendly. The second thing was I saw people walking around the building who lived there. They weren't just in their rooms. The third thing is the dining room has a menu and round tables like a restaurant. The fourth thing was the place is clean, new, beautiful and at least $[removed] a month less than far worse facilities in the area. The fifth thing is the level of care from day one. They're the only facility with cameras that show images but not pictures, and will set off alarms on all workers cell phones if someone falls. People are in the door almost before she can hit the ground. My mother went on hospice three days after entering provision. That was a year ago! Between the staff at provision and hospice care, she is in an excellent place. They're friendly and they care. The facility is beautiful and she has a private room. No complaints. I feel fortunate she was allowed to stay after being put on hospice.

The apartments are so nice, and spacious. Cost was a good value for the money. I would definitely recommend to others.

The facility is clean & centrally located. The staff has been very supportive & helpful. My Mother is very pleased with the space & looking forward to participate in the offered amenities.

I had a six week respit stay and enjoyed it very much. The facility is lovely and well maintained. The caregivers were skilled and compassionate. The food was resteraunt.quality. My one bedroom unit was spacious. Activities go on all day, 7 days a week. If i ever need assisted living permanently. this is where i will go.

My loved one was previously a resident at Provision Living at West Chester and her experience at this facility was absolutely great! The cleanliness, friendliness and staff were great. The care services, meals, activities and value for cost were also great. I would recommend Provision Living at West Chester to anyone who is looking for a Memory Care facility for their loved one.

My loved one is currently a resident at Provision Living at West Clermont. Every person that we have dealt with from the beginning of the process, to the nursing staff and the dining room staff, has been amazing. They treat my loved one and all of us like family, not like it's a job. They have so many amazing activities and we can go and eat meals with our loved one for $10 and the food is great quality. The move in process was easy and they had my loved one's room ready to move in like they planned. I would absolutely recommend Provision Living at West Clermont to anyone. They are amazing!

The people both employees and residents are very kind. My mom likes the food. She likes it more than she than she thought. The activities are really great. There has been quite a few staff changes and I struggle to figure out the best way to communicate with staff.

I love it. I cook all my meals. Good value. Cleaning people are not very good and not worth much.

I really like it here and I feel that this is the best place for me. I feel that they care and want me to get stronger.Come and see for yourself how lovely Provision Living is and how welcoming everyone is and much it makes me feel like I'm in a newish apartment building not an assisted living community.

The experience has been great. We picked this community because it was friendly, clean, and they had an apartment type room instead of a hospital room look to it.
