3 residents have told me that the staff is absolutely wonderful. The food it is not from scratch and generally it isn't prepared in a way that makes it easier to chew for my dad. They try to cater to specific needs however. I would recommend Regency Village at Redmond to others.

[name removed] is very happy where he is. He is getting great care good meals that he enjoys! The cost is great 1/2 of what we were paying for on Washington and much better care! The staff is friendly caring and willing to help on any way!!

They were fantastic.We were very impressed with the place after touring. Absolutely loved the staff.Also, if one of your clients needs a place for end of life hospice, [removed] was phenomenal. We were grateful to our our dad there. The rooms were impeccably clean, the staff was fantastic and caring, and the food was very good. We could not have picked a better place for our loved one.

Regency Village seemed more of an assisted living environment than Stone Lodge. Not really independent living that is available at Stone Lodge. The gentleman who gave the tour was great and did follow-up.

Overall my mom liked the vibe! Smiling happy people. She had some difficulty adjusting. But all the staff was there to support her adjustment and now she enjoys all the activities and is making new friends every day. She is very happy.

I would definitely recommend. Staff is friendly and attentive. Meals are fine. It's a small facility and homey, perfect for my mom and aunt.

5 stars for each category. What sticks out most about Regency Village at Redmond is the staff. They are engaging, quick to respond, always with a smile and quick to please. There were no other places to look at. Our family is very grateful that Regency had an opening when they did!

What sticks out the most about Parkview Estates is the sense of community -it is great with a wide range of activities. The staff is friendly and the place is clean and nicely decorated. The one bedroom apartment seems adequately sized and the amenities provided are good.

Every time I've gone to the staff at this facility with concerns, they've been on it and quick to get back to me and answer my questions and concerns. They've always been very helpful. For example, I requested they install a grab bar in the shower for my loved one and they had it put in and completed the next day. The nursing staff has helped my loved one with anything and everything she has needed. Housekeeping is once a week, as well as Laundry service if you choose to use it. They have activities and outings. My loved one loves the transportation bus driver. This was the best decision possible for my loved one. The transition was fabulous and she loves it here. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

This was an excellent community. It didn't feel it was the right fit for my loved one.

I’ve a few past residents and a few current residents and have said the same thing great atmosphere and friendly caring staff and love it there. The place is always clean and presentable plenty of things to do to occupy your time. Plenty of parking space and a very safe environment to live in.

Friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff was clearly evident. The comfort and ease of semi-independent living is perfect. The options and payment methods make it easy and affordable. The taste and quality of food is delicious. In addition the residents have opportunities to develop friendships and plenty of activities to choose from to stay active.

I came in for a tour, and I was instantly greeted by a young lady with a very positive attitude. She welcomed me and had me take a seat. When I went for the tour the first thing I noticed was how clean the facility is and there were no bad odors. It was during lunch and when I looked at the plate of food I was jealous. I should have asked if I could have a plate. The residents I ran into were smiling and happy. This will be the place to bring my parents when the time is right.

They get a 5 for everything. Regency on Whidbey has been just awesome. My mother-in-law loves it there. So much so that she doesn't want to go back to SoCal in the fall when we go back. That says a lot! Covid has affected the food experience, because she doesn't like eating alone, but we can't fault Regency for that!

Out of all of the places that we toured, Parkview Estates was my favorite. The facility is absolutely gorgeous- you walk in the lobby and there is someone sitting there playing the piano. It feels like you are at a resort and is set up very nicely. They also have more nursing care here, there is an RN, LPN and someone that is on call. From what we were able to see they also had a ton of great activities planned out for the residents. Unfortunately they would not take my loved ones large dog. If they would have, this would have been our first choice.

I would like to say what sold us was cleanliness and greeting by staff. Mom has been here 3 years and has been quite happy. For what we have all been through since January of 2020 Regency has done an amazing job. Thank you.

Three years ago it became apparent mother was no longer safe living on her own. We looked at several options before discovering Regency Village. As soon as we walked into the building we felt we had found a home for mother. In a very short time our feelings were confirmed. The building is kept clean and in excellent repair. Mother’s apartment is very nice. Management, nursing staff, Care givers, maintenance staff and kitchen staff all truly care for the residents. They talk and tease in a way that we all enjoy but they are serious about meeting the needs of the residents. I believe there are only 65 units which adds to the family feel. If the time has come to provide a safe place for a loved one to live, I highly recommend the Regency Village.

This staff is very caring. The compassionate care they take with my mother is a welcome relief to our family. It's unfortunate that we as a family cannot care for our mother due to a multitude of health issues that we have of our own. From the office to the nurses you will not see a better team of care givers. I am truly thankful for you all.

we toured Regency Park Place at Corvallis and everyone was nice, the community looked wonderful. we chose another community because the highest level of care they offered wasn't a good fit for what our loved one needed.
