Right At Home

Right at home is a home care provider. So far we have been very satisfied with their service. The staff has been very friendly and the services they offered are worth the money. Having the help is very useful.

I've been very pleased with Right at Home's service. The aides have an online checklist that they fill out after their visit so you can see the exact services they performed, which is very useful for families who are not close by their loved one. The online form also allows you to put in specific care requests, which is also very useful. The caregivers have all been friendly, prompt, and reliable.

The care coordinator is outstanding. We get the same caregivers, so it's not always someone different. We haven't had any trouble with attendance, or having to get replacements. They have made the transition really easy for us. I picked them because of the professionalism, and the level of comfort with the care providers. We knew that if we ever wanted to have a different caregiver, they would be able to accommodate that, though we haven't needed to.

We've had a very good experience with Right at Home overall. It has really been a lot of help to our family. They've been very accommodating and have been more than willing to assist with everything that my loved ones require.

They have been a lifesaver. We had one little bleep, but it was kind of out of their control. Our caregiver was ill, and they had a tough time getting a replacement out on short notice. They found a good match for a caregiver, for us, and we get the same one all the time. The owner was quick to respond and seemed invested in helping us.

They’re a very good service! The care services are exceptional . I don’t think you can get any better than they are. I am extremely pleased with the service I’ve had from them. I highly recommend them. I don’t think you can find anyone better.

It’s very helpful for me. If they had to miss an appointment they either let us know or they sent a replacement, so we were never just left in the lurch. They were very helpful for us and worked out really well. I’d recommend them to other families.

A Place for Mom is a wonderful wealth of resources, very helpful, loving, caring staff. Right at Home has amazing staff members and the live in care givers are very compassionate, eager to provide to your loved one all the necessary assistance they need. I'm very pleased with the service! The office staff were friendly and easy to work with when getting things set up, and the caregiver they sent was very nice. They're also very good about being flexible in terms of hours for the caregivers. The experience overall has been a good one!

They did a very good job during the time that we used them. The caregivers provided everything we expected and we didn't ever run into any issues. We are definitely considering using them again in the future.

Right at Home provides the exact help that my Mom needs at this time in her life. She wants to live independently in her own home but needs help with strenuous tasks. Right at Home staff provide wonderful services at fair prices.

My experience with Right at Home has been entirely positive. An aide was assigned after interviews with both the owner and the office manager. The person assigned appears to be an excellent fit for our needs.

I was really impressed with this agency. By the time I met with them, I had already chosen another service. I also neede a male caregiver and they didn't have one available. She understood and was still so caring and friendly. She helped me to get a voucher to help with the cost of the care and helped direct me where to find that information, even after she knew I wasn't going to be able to use their service. What great people!

The service has been absolutely phenomenal. I'd give them higher than 5 if I could! They've been helpful and professional, from the first call we made to the home office down to the individual caregivers. It was Mom's wish that she be able to remain at home and we couldn't have fulfilled that wish without their help. They've accommodated any need or scheduling request we've had happily and without any questions. I've recommended them to many people, and will continue to do so.

My family's experience with Right at Home, an in-home aid service, has been excellent. The owner, Matt Hedberg came to my Mom's house and told Mom the story of how he started this business because of similar needs he had for his own Dad. My sister and I had a meet and great with Mom's aid within a couple of days and she started the very next day! She has been wonderful with Mom and they are getting to know each other better each time she visits! Thank you for this referral. They have been very helpful. Her main caretaker has been fabulous but if we needed a sub, they weren't always as good. They offered two separate plans, so we only had to pay for the companion care we needed and not the higher care need level.

We had some issues with them when we started the service, but they worked those out with us and now we are completely satisfied with the service. The caregiver we have gets along great with my loved one, and she is very caring and professional. The price is a bit high, but that is just the nature of the business, it is priced competitively with other services we looked at.

I've got no complaints at all about the service I received. They've been extremely helpful, compassionate, hard-working, and professional. They're also very good about communication and follow-through.

They have really been doing a good job. My mom loves her and she is a really hard person to get along with. They have a minimum of three hours. At first they were sending different people, but we found one that works so now we have the same one. I was glad that they took the time to get the right feel, to know what would be a good fit with us. They were a good match and we really clicked with them when we first interviewed them.
