My mother is doing great with her move to this community. We are very pleased with all they have done for our family. This is a lovely community, and they are taking good care of her. Everyone is great, and we have no complaints about this community. This is a community I would recommend to my friends, and family.

The tour was great. It was very informative. The facilitator (her name escapes me) was very attentive & informative. The overall facility was best that I have seen.

My mother can no longer live by herself so she is now living at the Oakes Of Bensalem where the staff is very friendly and welcoming to be around. They try hard to make the residents feel happy and relaxed. The food is very good and they have many fun activities to take part in. The facility is kept clean and the décor is very inviting. I feel the residents are well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

My aunt is adjusting very well thanks to one man there, he was a counselor and his name is [Removed]. He gave her a whole new outlook on life, he is truly amazing. Unfortunately, I was informed that they're letting him go for financial reasons, a lot of the people admire him, it's a very sad situation. The community itself is kept very clean. The only downfall is it's very expensive to live there, but they thought of everything. The meals are very good. They have 3 restaurants in there and they all prepare the food so well. A lot of people who don't even live in the community go there to eat. They have happy hour and an indoor pool, it's beautiful. They also have about 20 activities a day.

They offer daily activities at Henry Ford. They are taking a field trip today to an old school for their 75th anniversary. They offer a wide variety of good food. The staff are helpful and available. They are continuing to follow up to make sure we have all the information we need. The community is clean and well cared for.

We love what they have done to the building! Mom is thriving in her dementia environment, especially after ALL staff have been trained on the memory modules. The quality of care has definitely increased over the past 1.5 years. Thank you for all you have done with the place Oaks of Bensalem!

The Oaks of Bensalem facility is a comfortable place to live. Place is clean and people are always friendly. They treat us better compared to other facilities I've been. The common areas are handsomely decorated. I would have no problem sending loved ones here.

Very pleasant, clean in all sections (independent living, assisted living, memory care, nursing home). I like that the ind. and assisted living have wreaths on the doors, “view boxes” outside of the doors where residents put decorations and homey/personal things. Marketing person was not available, but Director of Housekeeping did tour and was greeted with enthusiasm/affection by residents we encountered. People were not lined up in the hall in wheelchairs - they were involved in different activities in each section. My first visit to any of the facilities on my list - impressed.

This place is a great fit for my parents! The facility itself is well kept and clean, the staff is friendly, and they even do a great job with the food. It's a very nice place, overall!

My parents moved to The Fountains about 4 months ago. Initially they were very resistant to any kind of continued care facility - but with my 89 year old father being the sole care giver for my 81 year old step mother with Parkinson's, he eventually saw that he needed help. The best thing about Fountains is their flexibility in the care they provide. My parents are in 'independent living' because my father really is independent - but the Wellness Center is able to send someone over several times a week to give him a break and help my step-mother . When the time comes, they have assisted living and nursing facilities available. Fountains helps you to decide when it's time to move to these facilities. Dr Palladino (onsite) is wonderful and very compassionate. My step mother was in several hospitals before coming to Fountains and they really messed up her meds, practically leaving her comatose. One visit with Dr Palladino and he adjusted her meds and she was a million percent better! Apartments are bigger than any of the other facilities I've ever seen... prices are reasonable as compared to other places.... Leslie (Director of Marketing) was an absolute angel and helped them to move in quickly ... they were just so understanding at a time when my parents were trying to come to grips with their own mortality. Can't say enough good things!

They have new stuff everyday to do. All around they are really good, I like them. Compared to where he was this place is a five star amazing place. I am very happy with where he is. It was one of the only affordable ones. There is always somewhere for us to go, there is a little of a smell at certain times.

Nice clean, new looking facility. Nice size rooms with kitchens. Pricing programs look doable.

Everything has been wonderful for the most part, there are some things as with any facilities that can or could use some improvements. Staff is caring, wonderful and very compassionate. They seem to to truly care for each and every resident at the Allegria at the Fountains. Very pleased overall with everything they have to offer for our loved ones stay.

We chose Allegria at The Oaks because they were very helpful, honest, and upfront about the care that they provided and the cost. They really worked with us in terms of transporting mom from her previous facility to Allegria. They have been excellent with communication especially with us not being able to go in. If I need an update I email them or give them a call and they are great with response time. They do offer shared rooms as well that cuts down on the cost tremendously. The room are very nice and there is privacy inside the shared rooms with a room divider. The residents do not spend a lot of times in their rooms, the majority of the day they are out doing things in the common areas.

Lived there almost 8 years been the best decision I and my wife have made. Less worries about the future, Great people and active living. Love the food and pool and security. Check it out your love it

My friend moved in after I invited her to a luncheon. She has lived in her home for 60yrs. She can't stop talking about how wonderful it is to live here She likes talking to people. She really likes the food. She has had half the church over for dinner or lunch. She comes down to help make blankets for abused children. I am so happy for her.

I have been blessed to be a caretaker to my parents in my home for over ten years now. Along with raising two girls. Mom has passed, Dad still with us, 93 now. I have experienced rehabs, hospice and respite care for my parents. Hands down, The Fountains is a local “best kept secret.” Convienent to Cherry Hill, Marlton, Medford and around. There is a habit to stay off the 70 corridor. I highly recommend to venture down 73 and give the Fountains a once over. Clean, Curteous and botique like in size of their skilled nursing/respite. My father looks forward to his trip there when we are out of town.
