The management and staff truly care about their residents and were very attentive to their well being. Communication was very open via phone calls, emails and in person. They worked well with us and hospice on move in day and the staff made a point to come say hi and introduce themselves to us. Although our father was only there for less than 2 months before the effects of dementia took him, the staff was very caring to ensure he was comfortable and spent extra time with him when family could not. We would recommend this place for anyone who needs to place their loved one in a caring memory care facility.

Our family had an in person tour with Sienna Crest and with everything we experienced on the tour, what we were able to see of the community and the staff we were able to speak with, we thought it was excellent .

They were AMAZING. My mom was not here very long, but they really treated her like their own. A few of the staff members cried just as hard as we did when she passed away. We knew that if for some reason we would not be able to be with her that she was always in the best of hands. I would highly recommend Sienna Crest and already have.

The care services have been very good. We picked this community because, it's close to other family members, and they had a good reputation in the community. The people are very friendly and helpful. Any concern that we have, they listen to us. I would recommend to other families.

It has been an especially good stay here. The women who assist us are very thoughtful, the food is good, things clothes and bedding are kept clean. They do a great job!

We are in the independent living section and have a really nice apartment. Everyone here has been extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend Sienna Crest to others looking.

Our loved one has thrived here and we are very pleased. The staff has been outstanding, they are amazing with communication and always call us with any questions or concerns they may have. I have never tasted the food but it smells great when we walk in and she enjoys it. We are very happy with the experience and we would most definitely recommend Sienna Crest to others.

It's excellent there, just a wonderful place. They check her every couple of hours and do a wonderful job with her care. She likes and eats the food, whereas we couldn't get her to eat before. She doesn't participate in a lot of activities, but she loves bingo. They offer plenty of good activities, but they don't overdo them. They have one in morning, one in the afternoon, and one in the evening. You can come if you want and if you don't, you don't have to. They have a puzzle table that they leave out. It's really a nice environment. I think pricing is pretty outrageous at all of these types of communities, but this was the best price we found. And they're really fair with their rates and will work with you.

The community is very good and you can be assured that your loved one is well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this community to others

This is a smaller community, the staff has been great. I would recommend you check this community out for your loved one. This has been a positive experience.

The Sienna Crest community is in a local area which is very nice for our family.The rooms they provide for the residents are adequate in size. We would recommend the Sienna Crest community to others.

I immediately got a good, welcoming feeling when I entered this community. It is nicely decorated with a homey feel. Carpeting throughout, private and "spa" bathroom/showers. Each room had a small kitchen including a mini-fridge, microwave, and sink. There is also a help cord in each bathroom, and the area where the bed will go. All the staff wear pagers to alert when a person needs help. I feel this will be a good place for my dad.

A facility that truly felt like home. We are looking for a smaller facility and don't require some of the extra bells and whistles that some of the new places offer. The facility is a bit dated, but was very well maintained. The staff along with the small number of residents seemed to give a much more personal feel.

The place is very nice. You could talk to the staff when needed. They were very friendly and they would talk to you. He was very happy there. They kept him clean and neatly shaved I would definitely recommend Serenity Homes.

Sienna Crest is a wonderful place! In the 5 years my mother has lived there, I can find nothing negative to report. The manager is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and goes out of her way to make sure mom's needs are met. The staff are the best! Mom was in the hospital twice since moving here, and both times the manager and staff came up to visit her. They all did this on their own time. Mom was overjoyed and I was dumbfounded to think that people who care so much can still be found. I highly recommend that you look into this.
