Silverado Senior Living

Silverado was expensive, but totally worth it. Everything would receive a 5 even the cost. Everything is included even group therapy for the family. We just had to bring our loved one and all his clothes. Silverado is a lovely place all together with lovely people and activities. They took great care of my dad and us.

My mom passed in [date removed] but I have nothing but great things to say about Silverado. Staff treat your loved one like family! They go the extra mile to care for your family member like adding bows to their hair that match their outfits. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. They love their patients.

I never give perfect scores, but this one is deserved. Wonderful team, expensive but worth the money. They do a tremendous job. They visited mom in the hospital the last days. Not just once.

Our experience has been positive. I would recommend Silverado Red Rock to a friend. The staff is awesome.

It is without reservation that I recommend Silverado of Overland Park, KS as a home for your loved one with dimentia or Alzheimer's. My mother has been a resident there for 25 months. She is loved by both fellow residents and staff. My husband and I visited several elder housing locations before we chose Silverado. We were impressed by the cleanliness, personal care, staff, and daily schedules. Each resident is given their specific medications, provided three well balanced health meals per day in addition to snacks provided whenever they want them or at least twice each day. Holidays and birthdays are celebrated, laundry is done, and each resident has a caregiver assigned to him/her. I wouldn't want her to be anywhere else.

All staff are very friendly and open. Housekeeping is good. The move in process was smooth. The meals are great! I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

This place was absolutely wonderful and took very good care of my stepdad during his last week of life. The nurses, especially [name removed], took the best care of him around the clock. The rooms were individual and warm. The food was lovely and plentiful. We were able to stay overnight and order pizza if we wanted. The staff were all kind, caring, and accommodating. I would give them ten stars for what they have done for my stepdad and my family.

Silverado is good, i just thought she could use better daily stimulation like getting outdoors. We picked this community, because they had a doctor on call 24/7.

This facility is super nice. They did so many little adventures like taking the residents to the park nearby. I would recommend this facility to others if they're able to afford it, but I will say the admin fee was also high at the time of signing. The facility is super expensive, we had to find my loved one a new place just because of the price being almost double.

The care there is very good - you could tell from top to bottom the staff members were genuinely caring towards our loved one and the other residents there. The director of nursing was very good and we would absolutely recommend Silverado Lee's Summit to other families We did have some confusion with the pricing details and how it changes depending on the level of care.

The ranking on this site is very unfair to Silverado - it still counts reviews from the previous company that ran it. The place is completely different now - much more lively and with a totally different atmosphere. It's sad that their scores get lumped in with the last managers, because they difference is night and day.

Clean, secure and friendly memory care facility. Staff seemed to genuinely care for residents and tried to develop lasting relationships with them. Staff were always available to answer questions and concerns. Would highly recommend.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great experience

I have been beyond impressed with this facility so far. The staff went above beyond to help my mother, they are just overall amazing people. I feel that my mom is completely cared for even though I am far away. Having skilled nursing and doctors right there has been wonderful, she is doing remarkably well. I would highly recommend them to others looking.

The community is willing to accommodate with dietary restrictions. There were always some type of activities going on for the residents to choose from. [name removed] was very empathetic, helpful, communicative, and provided information to the family. The staff was creative with taking care of my loved one when needed. They went above and beyond in caring for my loved one as well.

[Name removed] had early onset Alzheimers and passed away on [date removed]. 66 years. Silverado was he's caregivers for the last 6 weeks of his life. I will always be so grateful for the care and kindness they showed to both of us.

This community was a life saver for my loved one. They are fantastic at this community. It is expensive but I couldn't rate them any higher. I feel like this place saved my loved one. They were so kind and gentle and maade things as easy as possible for my loved one where he could pass in peace, while also putting us at peace. They are phenomenal. If your loved one has Dementia this is the place to be, the best people I could have ever hoped to encounter. They are strictly memory care so they are devoted to this instead of it being an after thought.

Everything has been pretty good over there so far. The staff members have been very attentive to all of the residents.

Willow Creek is a very clean community and the staff members are very friendly. There are a lot of activities going on for the residents to participate in like baking contests. Also, the hospice people there are absolutely wonderful, they call us a couple times every week to keep us up to date with our loved ones health.

Our family has not had much feedback about the meals they are serving but our loved one does say she enjoys the food. They have restarted the activities which is nice, it is pretty expensive but we do believe they are providing very good care we are happy so far with this community.
