I have two family members there: one in Memory Care and the other in an Assisted Living apartment. The staff in MC is lovely--friendly, helpful, reassuring, etc. They are always, always welcoming! They have a tough job, for sure. The move-in was fairly simple and there was plenty of support. There was a LOT to take care of the first few months, which was overwhelming at times, but that gets better! Patience is required for special requests, such as revamping TV wiring, etc. but it all gets done. The maintenance people are also very nice! The food is very good here--my mom has gained some weight, which she really needed! I am most impressed with the medical staff--they have kept such a close eye on things and take care of everything so efficiently it is almost seamless. That's a big relief--to know that my mom and other loved one have good care. The physical therapists have done wonders for my mom especially--they are outstanding! \nDementia and old age is hard, but we have peace of mind knowing that our loved ones are safe and well-cared for.
