Housekeeping is wonderful, laundry services are included. Communication with the family is great. They have a newsletter as well as family night where family come and visit and do activities. Overall, the quality of food is good. Occasionally on the weekends, they might just have a hot dog and chips but that's very seldom. Just the other day they had a breakfast buffet that was lovely. Also, nursing is wonderful. My mother had an issue in the middle of the night and the nurses called me at 2:00 a.m. to inform me what was going on, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this facility along with the caring staff, the focus on dementia and the small amount of residents (other facilities that I toured were way too large) as well as cost. I'm extremely happy with where my mother is at. When I have been there, the food smelled good, but I haven't eaten anything yet. I would also suggest not moving someone in on the weekend, especially when they have Alzheimer's.
