Move in process due to a number of administrators being ill and absent was not easy. Staff treatment of my mother has been phenomenally loving and kind. I don’t think I could ask for better treatment for her. They are very supportive and thoughtful of her. I’m not sure about the food situation because there’s extra in her fridge but she has not complained. She is very appreciative of them.

Staff overworked, undertrained, underpaid and overrated. Very few activities and zero fun. Cook does as best she can with what she has. Average food at best. Schedules are not kept or consistent. Poorly run facility.

The community and team are nothing slight than exceptional. The mgmt is so professional and kind. The care team and nurse make her feel valued and safe I am always invited to join for activities out of the community or in the community. Thank you for helping to create an inviting community.

Super friendly and professional staff. Nice clean facility. BFB has a comfortable feeling. The community is in a safe neighborhood of Farmers Branch, a suburb on the northwest edge of Dallas. Highly recommended.

This is the third facility that my mother has been in. My mother is 97 years old and in very good health. I truly believe that this is where she belongs. Every time I have visited the facility I always find it to be clean and well kept. The staff is always friendly and helpful. In the last year my mother has needed help with a couple of issues. One major and a couple of minor ones. The major issue was beginning the process of receiving funds from a facility care insurance policy. I would like to single out [name removed]! [name removed] has been amazing to work with. She helped with all of the paperwork and communication with the insurance company. She is always willing to call me and communicate any issues that my mother might be having and offer advice or suggestions to solve any issues we might be having. I appreciate everything that the staff does to make my mother's care a very positive experience.

When we chose Brookdale Farmers Branch for my mom, we were hoping to find a place where she would be well-cared for and happy. The staff are professional and compassionate. They go above and beyond to ensure my mom is comfortable and cared for. Communication with the facility has been excellent. The staff is always available to answer any questions. My mom says the staff is her family. She is happy and well taken care of. I can confidently say that we made the right choice.

I'm so grateful that we found Brookdale Assisted Living. The people here are so caring and sweet. We felt welcome from the very start of my moms time here. Mom walks a lot more than before she moved in the Brookdale, and she has gotten a lot of great helps with walking and remembering things. She has good things to say about everyone here. I've noticed it, too. Everyone here is so nice.

I am so thankful that our family chose Brookdale for my aunt. The facility feels very comfortable and clean to me. The staff was incredibly helpful during the administrative process to get her moved in. My aunt has lived there 14 months so far, and we intend for her to love out her days there. She is so peaceful and much healthier how than when she moved in. The staff are helpful and friendly in every way.

We recently moved my mom into Brookdale and I couldn't be happier with the decision. From the beginning. I was impressed with the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are helpful, attentive and genuine in their care. Both the staff and residents is a welcoming community. Another highlight is the food. It is really good! It is a difficult decision to find the right place for a loved one and I feel she is surrounded by a warm, supportive environment.

Brookdale Farmers Branch (BDFM) has got to be the best value when it comes to assisted living in Texas. Several relatives in other cities have used facilities that are either NOT as nice as BDFM or ARE as nice but cost more. [names removed]are wonderful to work with - every step from tour to move-in and communication about our loved one. As a result, my mother-in-law has easily settled in and is socializing and participating in activities. This is truly unbelievable. Before moving to BDFM, she sat and watched TV all day and had to be prodded to change out of her pajamas during the day. Thank you, [name removed] and team - you have made our transition nothing short of life-changing!

When I started my search for a place for my mom. I went to the oldest place. I didn't have to look any further. The people at Brookdale Farmers Branch were so friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable, I knew instantly this was the right place. Mom has been here 5 months and I know she is being well cared for.

Prior to relocating to this Brookdale facility from another Brookdale facility, my cognitively impaired Uncle led a rather dull life due to the former facility's limited social activities and overall environmental stimulation. Since residing at his current Brookdale facility, his social life has not only improved, but his overall quality of life. The staff at his current Brookdale facility also leave significantly less to desire, as they have been and remain phenomenol, often going above and beyond that which is required by them. For these reasons, my family and uncle are very fortunate and grateful.

My brother has been at the Brookdale Farmer's Branch facility for close to two years & as a retired RN, MSN, I have total & complete confidence in the staff!! This is my brother's 3rd adult living facility but definitely the best and I've never seen him happier!! The staff is friendly, competent and always goes above & beyond for the resident!! This facility provides a safe and secure environment!! Additionally, Brookdale provides optimum stimulation through well planned activities!!
