<p>Every care plan is tailored to the individual and designed to maximize residents’ comfort and confidence. Our staff members are available 24/7 to assist with medication management, incontinence care, and activities of daily living (e.g., dressing, bathing, grooming, and more), among other services. For residents in need of more advanced services, we coordinate routine visits on-site with other local health care professionals. Transportation to and from appointments is available as well, and should you ever need it, we provide hospice on-site. As a community that provides memory care services, our staff receives ongoing training and education in the most effective and up to date methods of caring for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia-related illnesses.</p>
<p>Our culinary team prepares meals that are designed to nourish the mind, body and soul. <p>Ranging from cozy studios, to one- and two-bedroom apartments, we offer a variety of floor plans to suit your lifestyle. All units include individually controlled heating and air, easily accessible showers and emergency response systems. Our independent and assisted living apartments are equipped with a full-size kitchen or kitchenette, and select units include private patios or balconies. Should your needs change over time, have the opportunity to maintain the relationships and daily routines you have come to enjoy while receiving the care you need in one of our assisted living units. All apartments glow with an abundance of natural light and have an inviting charm that will have you feeling right at home the moment you walk through the door.</p>
