Park Creek Active Living review
The Park Creek facility itself is really pretty and it just really has a bright and inviting feeling to it. They offer a lot of events for the residents living there and they seem to keep a lot of different resources posted up on the calendar for them - like activities. They seem to really have a good dining service there - occasionally a few meals may be better than others but overall it's been good with good choices.
About the facility Park Creek Active Living
Park Creek Active Living offers maintenance-free living with resort-style activities and amenities, making it an excellent choice for independent living. Guidance from managing partner Greenbrier Senior Living helps Park Creek Active Living provide a welcoming environment and enriching activities. Relax or enjoy a swim at the outdoor pool, delight in gourmet dining or cook in your own kitchen with high-end finishes. Residents can also enjoy concierge services and a range of wellness programs, all designed to make life easier and more enjoyable.
Although this is an independent living community, Park Creek Active Living offers personal care services that residents can easily add. On-site preferred providers offer assistance with activities of daily living as well as occupational, physical, and speech therapies. Residents can use these services for a little extra assistance after a surgery or illness or for ongoing care.
Located in a quiet, residential area, this community offers convenient access to shopping and dining. Nearby attractions include Cypress Top Historic Park.

Walked to get some food for my wife’s aunt a young female passed by me smelling as if she’d been smoking pot all day. What a ridiculous way to be at you’re place of work smelling. Good job keep it up.

a nice community with room for improvement.
At the present time the way they are accepting residents, I would not recommend. I'm an optimist and looking forward for improvements. The chairs need to be replaced in the dining room, and the public restrooms are not kept clean. It was built for independent living, but it being used as an Assisted Living/Memory Care. The E-Menu is not always updated and the meals are not "fine dining." They tend to be low quality and often run out of things. There is not enough wait staff for the amount of residents.

My review of Park Creek
My mother-in-law is not liking the food quality right now and the other residents feel the same way also. Other than this the facility is great. My loved one did state that some of the outside trips that they take she would like to go to different stores and different places. She would also like to schedule dog grooming or have a dog groomer come in to the facility. My loved one had an emergency and me and my husband were listed as emergency contacts and we were never notified that there was an issue or an emergency. My loved ones alert system also was not working when this emergency happen. When we returned we let them know that the batteries were not working. We reached out to the manager about our concerns with this and we never got a call back on this. The facilities are great and the neighbors are great also.

The leadership had turned over 3 times in a year and a half, and the community is under new management. Make sure your family member is truly independent because they do not have assisted living options. the assistant director during our time here was amazing.
