And because my mom couldn't really go out they took her to the activities with in the facility. Cleaned everyday and got to know [name removed], everyone always had a smile and helped. Nutrition and kitchen Staff noticed when mom was eating in her room and when she was sending her plates back without her eating much and told me, her laundry was always correct and wonderful. In the end when she would have accidents, they would special clean those and when I wasn't there to help her the assistants lovingly helped her. When she needed to be transferred from the hospital rehab they helped me move her things and let us know that we needed time to move her things out of her apt that was fine with no extra charge, every single person in the dementia ward was AMAZING. All so sweet and talked to her like old friend. I walked in several times while they were speaking to her or taking care of her and EVERY TIME they were helping her, reassuring her, and just talking or listening to her.
