We later saw it on the charges & she tried to say we were just trying to reduce the cost. I am an RN. The cares are being padded so you better ask for the minimum & only add later if essential. She needs help dressing, hearing aids, & opening the heavy room door. Pays for but seldom gets. Front desk is often unattended. Drs visits are limited, I believe 9-1 one day per week. She loves the place as \"all the girls are so sweet \". So she keeps giving her things to them. We are trying to get her to stop.
