I was first impressed during Covid that masks were worn and not worn below the nose like some people do. They clearly want to protect their residents. Greta is the most wonderful person to deal with. Always greeted by the workers when we walked in. Very clean at all times.

[Name removed] and her staff made me daddy's transition from his home of many years to Lucas Place could not have been smoother. The care here is top notch and our family is happy to be part of this family.

My mom has been at Lucas Place for one year, couldn't be more pleased. Level of care and concern and sincerity is amazing. When your loved ones need some help, this is where they need to be.

This facility is stellar! The staff is friendly knows residents by name, knowledgeable, and accommodating. [Name removed] the former Executive Director demonstrated the highest level of competence, care, and commitment.

I am 90 years old and have lived in the Los Patios community for six plus years. I live in the Independent living section. My husband has moved to assisted living for increased need of care. I find that living here meets my needs. The stuff is very satisfactory the environment is comfortable. My needs are met in every way be it transportation, food service, emergency care, or any need.

Our loved one is eating well there so we have to assume the meals are good, and even though they choose not to participate in the activities when we visit they always have a lot going on. The value for cost and for what we paying it seems to be good.

The things I like most about the Inn are its location, its history, and its service. It is in a beautiful setting with trees, birds, wild animals, an a gorgeous waterway. It has a very positive reputation in the community and the services is provided in a very professional manner. The residents themselves are a friendly, compatible group and the staff is friendly, competent, and handle their responsibilities well.

I find the staff, fellow residents extremely nice and ready to help with any problem in the month. I have lived here foods good too. I love the location.

This is the third community I have lived in. I think the food here is the best. Maintenance has been very good. Service in lunch room is excellent. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

I have worked with two different companies here at the Inn each time have seen respect administration and a pleasant atmosphere for all that live here.

I really liked Reunion Court. It was very nice and clean and they had actually won some type of award for best facility. The only worry for us was there was a lip getting into the shower and we were nervous it would be a safety hazard for mom.

Azalea Gardens seemed to be a top notch facility. The staff were all very friendly and caring. Since it is strictly memory care, the residents we saw seemed to need more care than mom does. Mom is more alert, so we went with an assisted living facility instead so she could socialize.

They go above and beyond to meet the residents' and families' requests. The staff are wonderful, especially [name removed]the executive director. She is fantastic, from her personality, to her sense of detail, to her presentation. She goes with the flow and modifies herself to whatever will satisfy the needs of the person in front of her. She's so informative and just goes above and beyond. The food is great. You feel like you're in a 5-star hotel when you dine there. I think the value is very good. We looked at some competitors whose cost was a little higher, yet they didn't offer as much as Reunion Court.

This is a really nice community. The director was great but for us the deciding factor was price and this one was too high for what we were looking for.

This community was very nice it was just to far away from where we wanted our loved one to be located at.

this staff is amazing - my dad has been living here for two years now and they are our 2nd family. They are quick to respond when you have questions and have done a great job keeping up with dad's changing medical needs. I could not do this without them. I will be forever grateful for all they do. They've earned a special place in heaven!

This is the most amazing place ever. My dad is so happy here. I would recommend it too anyone who wants to feel loved, taken care of and at home to consider Lucas Place for their loed ones. The employees are always so happy, welcoming, loving and kind. "10 star"

Lucas Place is a very nice place! They take excellent care of my Dad so I don't have to worry about him. The workers are all very nice and friendly.
