I am so happy with the care that is provided there and the staff is amazing

My mother was a resident for years and the care she received was thoughtful. My mom wasn’t always easy to care for but the staff persevered. Anytime there were any issues I felt comfortable to address them with the administration.

My Uncle has been a resident for about a year and is thriving which makes us very happy

I am very satisfied with the service and caring kindness of the staff. My mom has been a resident at Amber court since 2014 she feels safe and enjoys herself there. She is very active in the community It is comforting to know that she is someplace safe and reliable. I have never found it to be anything but the best choice we have made thus far

My grandfather is in this assisted living facility and he is loving it.[Removed] the recreational manager is the best, her energy and enthusiasm brighten everyone's day.The staff is extremely helpful they treat every resident like family.

I'am satisfied with my fathers move to this community, and he is doing well. They have a wonderful staff, and I know he is in good hands. The community is nice, and clean when I visit. He has gotten involved in some of the activities they have available. He is pleased with meals. I know he is safe, and everything is working out well since his move to this community. It is a facility I would recommend to friends.

just a short note to express my appreciation to all the staff at Lake Shore who provide such compassionate care to my dad. It gives me great comfort to know that dad is receiving good care in a clean and welcoming environment. Know that your work is acknowledged and appreciated.

This community was wonderful and they treated my uncle with respect. The community was clean and neat all the time. They offered a lot of activities to keep the residents going. The food is good and if my uncle does not like it they accommodate.

My Mom [Removed] recently had the pleasure of a Respite stay @ the Lake Shore. [Removed] and all the Lake Shore staff are truly amazing, kind, considerate, and really made my Mom feel at home while she was well taken care of simultaneously. The facility has a warm feeling, clean and welcoming. Will definitely be considering Lake Shore for another Respite in the near future and would highly recommend Lake Shore if you or your loved one are considering Senior assisted living. Thanks again Lake Shore!!!

Esplanade House was lovely and looks like a wonderful place for a senior to live. I plan to take my mother to visit very soon. I think she would be very happy there. It is clean and tastefully decorated. There are so many various activities and the grounds are beautiful. Rosemarie took a lot of time showing me around and explaining the facility. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

The decision to place my mother in an assisted living facility was difficult. It was made easier by the staff at Amber Court. I know that my mother has help 24 hours a day. Daily activities keep her engaged. The meals are delicious and remind me of the foods she cooked. The facilities and serves are excellent, but what really impresses me is the staff. Most importantly, she is safe. I know that she has immediate help if she falls or needs help. She has a sense of independence, but with gentle and supportive supervision. I will happily recommend Amber Court Assisted Living to anyone who asks me.

Nice and clean place

[removed] This place has good rooms, great views, and is in a very good location. The food was really good, and i really enjoyed my visit here. I saw the staff celebrating someones birthday and this must have made him have a very special birthday for him. I highly recommend this place to everybody.

It was excellent. Exceeded my expectations. My mom was only there for 3 weeks but they were very friendly and helpful. It was like family. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a nice place. Even the food was good. The staff couldn't have been better. They treated my mom like she was family. Lori the administrator was like a relative of mine. She treated me like a relative. Everything there was personal.

My uncle lived here for over a year. The facility is immaculate. Food is good. There are tons of entertainment opportunities. The best thing about The Esplanade is the caring and loving staff. I would recommend if without hesitation.

As a resident of THE ESPLANADE AT PALISADES, I recommend this community. The staff is warm, caring and dedicated to the resident's needs. I find the food wholesome and well prepared. Our apartments are clean and well maintained. All the entertainment programs are very enlightening and enjoyable. The Esplanade at Palisades is a noteworthy place to live for seniors.
