This was a nice community. It lacked a community feeling. The residents were not out and about during our tour.

This was a beautiful community. The was too big of a community for my loved one as they potentially may not be near the nursing area. They did have an overnight nurse available for the residents.

We virtually toured this community and the tour was fine. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, but there were a few things we didn't like. They had no TVs in the residence rooms and you had to use the furniture provided.

We chose Anthology of Farmington because of the cleanliness of the facility and the price because we knew she would eventually be going into memory care. So it was the most for your money. I think the room sizes here are good, they do have options on room sizes based on your needs as well. Overall, I would tell others to just be patient because it is a big transition, especially during covid. I would recommend to others looking.

Overall experience was fair. It was very clean and the staff was for the most part friendly. Quality of care was only fair. It depended on who was caring. Meals and dining good. Activities were mostly limited, a lot of time was spent in front of tv. The cost was generally in keeping with going rates in other homes. Questionable about having to provide furniture and bedding and towels and soap. Regarding care my husband must have fallen , whether once or twice, and it was never reported to me even after several inquiries by me. He also was in Memory Care which is very different from what is generally advertised as a social, stimulated activity filled facility. Memory care is different .I am finding in home care more acceptable.

Staff is friendly & caring. Food is not that good. Not geared to the age. Given large pieces of meat with no way to cut it. Very few activities in memory care unit. Mostly watch tv or sit outside. Sometimes a painting class. My largest concern is the lack of communication. My calls go to voicemail and never returned. Overall it is a nice place. Especially the main part. Memory care is where they are lacking.

The staff in memory care were kind to my Mom The food was fair especially compared to [removed] The most difficult as a family member is the lack of communication from administration and staff...it's catch can! They promised us 3 fobs to get into memory care and we never got more that 1 and constantly asked. Memory care is a challenge and very different from assisted living.

It really depends on who is working. as far as response or help, they are terrible. They are also terrible making sure that people eat especially if they have diabetes. It is a big problem. The food I don't think it's high-quality. When I go, my mother and her entire table complain. And my poor aunt is in the middle between a resident and memory care, and they just ignore her. It's really terrible because she requires them to make sure she has dinner because she'll say she's not hungry but she has early dementia and they need to bring her food. I have told them several times just make sure you bring her something if she does not go to dinner. People just don't care.

They seem short staffed; overall it is clean and comfortable ; very friendly staff; It is a safe environment, well lit with a locked door. The communication could be better; meals are usually good; there are a lot of activities but usually involve the TV; a bit over priced. Again, we like the overall feel, the staff is very friendly, but due to the overworked staff, our questions/ concerns are not always addressed promptly.

If your loved one is independent, especially with meds, then go there. If not, Anthology is a mess with meds, timing, dietary instructions, and never informed the family if there is a problem. Also, response time to pressing the button takes a very long time.

Just like everyone right now they are having trouble with staffing so things like the house keeping is lacking a little bit. They recently had a head chef change so the meals are not as good as what they were before, and when they have to close down the dining facility and take the food to the residents the meals also struggle. We do think the quality of care there is good, and the workers they do have there are great and very lovely. It is expensive so the expectations are a little higher The engagement director has started going to some of the activities and has been impressed with how good the quality of the activities are. Also sometimes communication is lacking.

Most of the staff members are absolutely phenomenal, but we have had some small issues with other staff members but overall they are all really friendly. The meals and dining service are good, they do have an option to eat in their rooms or dining room. The activities are pretty limited but they do bring in a hair dresser and a couple of the staff members will go around painting the ladies nails, but the group activities are still pretty limited. The value for cost is excellent, it is a beautiful facility. It was built in 2018, so its very nice, and our loved ones rooms is huge with nice big windows.

Our first impression of this community was nice, it was brand new and beautiful. They had a great dining hall with a nice food menu, But once COVID came the food really went downhill, and the communication was lacking between the staff members and the residents. There would be times our loved one would hit her call button and they would not come in a timely manner. And due to it being brand new, there were not many activities to be offered.

I would tell others that the community isn't professionally run. They are chronically understaffed. I'm tired of hearing this. The staff are wearing too many hats because they are always running around doing other jobs. I don't see administrators around. The engagement team is always driving the bus, working the concierge desk, and more. The community is clean and safe for my loved one and this gives me peace of mind.

1. There should be more clarity on the cost/fee for each day prior to move in. 2. Would be helpful to have complete list of different doctors' affiliated with the place and insurances that they take readily available.

I'm not really happy w anthology. I wish they had more activities. They don't clean my moms room much at all. There is hardly any communication. It's very expensive. It's fancy and new but they don't give the individual care I was hoping for
