Very friendly staff. My parents did find out there is a new chef and is supposed to be good. The independent living cottages are very nice, could use a little bit larger door entrances, but totally doable for wheelchairs. We do wish they would fulfill the bi-weekly cleaning as is stated in the contract. [name removed] transports residents to dialysis and appointments. It is very friendly and empathetic. He is someone you can trust with your loved ones!

He has a nice room that looks like a little apartment rather than a nursing home. I like the dining area, holiday decorations. It's homey. I don't like being pushed into using the in-house doctor or pharmacy. Sometimes the food is totally unrecognizable. He is going blind so he is messy, his room is usually very dirty.

The place is very clean and efficient. The person in charge is very nice and can be contacted at any time. The staff is friendly and efficient. The place is small and cozy. The food is good and cooked fresh every day.

I would say that they make you feel welcome.We picked because of the convenience of the location. I would recommend to others.

We toured The Wyngate at Circleville when searching for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This was a very nice and new facility. The people are nice. However, they do not have a nurse on staff 24/7. The facility is ran by STNA after hours, 11pm to 7am. The nurse is on call. This is a large facility, but too large for my loved one. Great place, but we decided to continue with our search to find a better fit for our loved one.

We picked this community, because of the location. I'm disappointed about the cleanliness of the room but most of the workers are great.

My loved one was here for respite care, for 30 days. I would recommend to other families, if their loved one needed respite care.

I thought Hearth & Home at Vandalia was wonderful. They would have been my first choice. But it just so happened that we had to make a move so quickly that we didn’t have time to wait for availability. They were very nice in trying to work out getting us a larger room though. And I would definitely consider them again if needed in the future.

I toured this community and it was very nice. The facility was clean and everyone was very kind. I didn't care for the room as much, so we kept looking.

I think they do a very nice job. The staff are friendly and great at solving any problems that may arise. We have talked to a lot of people who have had their loved ones in here as well and they all say the same things which is reassuring. I am very pleased with their services and would most definitely recommend hearth and Home to others.

It's been a pretty good experience for the most part. I'm sure every place has their issues. The main issue at The Madison is sometimes they're short-staffed, which kind of concerns me. But other than that, it's a pretty decent place. Considering the facility my loved one was at before, where I had to chase people down to find out what was going on, this is a big improvement. They're pretty good at keeping me informed. The staff are all pretty nice, and I haven't really had any trouble with anybody there. If I have any concerns, I can talk to them and they work through any issues with me. I've been pretty impressed with how clean they've kept things and haven't noticed anything bad that's stuck out.

There is no comprising and it feels corporate. The communication needs to be improved and updates need to be given to family.. They have forgotten appointments for my loved one. On the plus side, the food seems to be good, and seems to be high quality. They do allow virtual visits. They have had no COVID cases.

We chose The Wyngate because of the location and it is by a hospital which is nice. Her room size is on the smaller side, but it is adequate for what she needs. Overall, I would recommend them.

Hearth & Home is kept clean and the staff members are very good. When we were able to visit before COVID they had activities going on all of the time. We liked how it does not look like a nursing home institution. It is divided up with many common areas, it is more home like.

[Name removed] provided an excellent live walk-thru via Zoom. The facility is clean, the common areas look to be inviting places to sit and watch TV or to get together and chat. They offer a nice variety of floor plans.

My friend moved here and we have heard they liked it. He is no longer at the community, but his wife still is and seems to be very happy with it. They have activities available, which I have heard are good. During the the Covid-19 pandemic, they actually had the staff move into the community, so they would limit their outside exposure and protect the residents. The one niece who is in charge of all my friend's financial services is very happy with it. The staff is very friendly with her and she seems to like them.

Greystone has been a blessing for me. The staff is friendly and they truly care about everyone that walks through the door. They provide amazing care and they show great compassion towards the residents

My grandparents are doing very well here. The community is very nice very clean and welcoming. The staff makes all the difference in the world. They are exceptional very caring and helpful. They go out of their way if I need something they make sure I get it. My grandmother likes the food my grandfather eats when he can. When we toured the community the director was always following up with me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had recently had a tour to this place for my father and I have no complaints of how things had went for him. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them. I thought they did a great job with the presentation and made sure to take there time with us during out visit. It was just not the right budget for us in the end decision.

We toured The Wyngate Senior Living Community and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. They answered all of the questions we had and the residents that we saw seemed happy and involved. We chose another community because we needed a place right away and the waiting list here was too long.
