The staff are very friendly and helpful. They all know the residents by name and show respect when talking to Mom. The facility is clean and there are always activities going on throughout the day to keep the residents busy. It is a smaller community, so I feel like she gets a little more personalized care than at a bigger facility. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, smaller forever home for their loved one.

They were very welcoming and provided complete information. However, we won't be selecting Sweetbriar due to the fact that even in assisted living residents must share a shower. Privacy is a huge concern for our loved one so that wouldn't be acceptable to her. Otherwise the facility is small and warm and has a community feel about it.

I toured this facility when I was trying to find a place for my Mom. We really liked how they separated the residents by how far along they were in their dementia. There was a unit for those who had really progressed dementia and a unit for those who were only mid-ranged. The staff seemed like they were knowledgeable about the type of care that the residents needed and the person that took us on the tour, [Removed[, was really nice and able to answer all of our questions. Ultimately, we went with a different community but this place was a close second.

I toured Pioneer Village while looking at options for my mother. I found the community to be very impressive. The rooms were large, and the place looked very nice. However, the manager was not in at the time of my tour, so there wasn’t anyone to answer my questions, give pricing, and things like that. It was also too far away. While it was beautiful, we did choose a closer community.

This community didn’t have a high level of upkeep that other communities had. The outside of the facility looked in good shape, but it looked like it needed a lot of repairs. There were torn pieces of rugs and chairs lying around. It looked very run down to me. I decided very quickly into the tour that this place wasn’t going to work for me or for my wife. The staff was very kind and the tour guide was generous with his time. We did have dinner with the tour guide but the dinner didn’t leave a good impression. This facility just didn’t meet our standards.

We visited Farmington Square at Gresham. The staff was friendly and they gave a nice tour of their community. It was a clean and well-kept community. We chose another community that was a better fit for my loved one.

They were very good at giving me an idea of the community. Overall they were too expensive and when we went to the memory care apartment. it smelled like urine when we walked in. That would have been the room to move in to and that was not too advertising.

I like this community for the care that my father is getting here. The staff are very nice and caring. The community is clean and he is happy here. the variety of the meals is appealing and he likes the meals. They do have activities for him to particpate. We would recommend the care of this community and the value for others

This looked like a nice clean community when we toured. I did like the layout of the community we chose better. The people we met were nice and friendly.

Liked room size. Closet storage was nice. Kitchenette was nice without stove top and more storage. Activities room was a low rating because it was messy and unorganized. Low rating on meal plan and dinning times.

Hillary Bigerta was very professional, kind, pleasant & attentive to my elderly friend that was gathering information about the Bozeman Lodge. Hillary gave her a tour of the lodge & supplied her with all the need information that she will need to talk with families I was very pleased with Hillary kind attention to my friend.

I was at this community for about a month and it was a good experience. I do feel they over work their care givers, and they need to hire some more people. It is a nice looking community, everything is very well maintained. The staff is wonderful, they are very caring and willing to help at any time. It is a bit expensive. So I would say if you can afford this community, I would recommend it.

The tour guide explained all of the features of the community. It was clean and up-kept. One thing i did notice was that there weren't many activities going on while i was on my tour. I really was looking for more activities for my mother in law to engage in.

The community was well kept and updated. The rooms felt like a hospital room and the closet was an indent in the wall. The rooms did not offer a kitchen. The variety of activities offered seemed to be very good. The staff were receptive and great to work with.

It seems to be going well for my dad and we check on monitor him too. The staff appear to be dedicated and communicate with us. I think the community is nearly as clean as it needs to be. Activities are available but we oversee it because it has not been on a schedule yet.

My mother was very well taken care of at this community. She seemed to be very happy. The staff was excellent and attended all of her needs. She was had a choice of activities. Her meals were good variety of meals were given. I would recommend this community for others.

I really like having my father at Farmington. We have enjoyed getting to know the staff. The decor is pleasing. It has a quiet and orderly atmosphere. Orientation was rough as we have fumbled our way into the system. We also fumbled around the finances. We had to make calls and request meetings to figure things out. We came in an emergent situation but that is probably typical.

The location is excellent. The staff is very helpful andthe food is great. And her overall experience he couldn't ask for anything better.

We are currently still moving and settling in to La Conner. The staff are great I would give them a 5. The community is clean and well taken care of. There are activities available however we have not had a chance to participate in any. They do not offer a good variety of food. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

It has been a very difficult adjustment for mother to this community. This is a good community for the right person. I would say the staff at times seem inexperienced and the medical staff needs to pay more attention to her doctors orders. It is a nice community with nice people. They do offer activities for the residents through out the week. The food is acceptable and she is meeting some new people. I would say just make sure this is a good fit for your loved one.
