The staff is very dedicated to the needs of their clients, very dutiful. They take great care in communicating with the client, they're patient. I have noticed when I'm visiting the staff always communicate with my mom, as opposed to communicating with my mom through me, very client-centered. They do a good job of keeping the apartment clean and attending to doing her laundry in a timely manner. They're very meticulous with her meds and make sure she understands what she's taking; they do well with administering her eye drops. Overall, the staff is curteous and dedicated to their work.

Orchard Pointe a beautiful facility. Staff is very professional, accommodating, and caring. We worked with them for several months before Mom moved in and they were willing to work with us for the best experience for Mom. They even came up with ideas that I would not have thought of to make her feel welcome and at home. The people and the core values make this a great community.

My mom is currently a resident at Orchard Pointe at Surprise and overall things have been great for her. During the tour, mom said that she didn't need to look anywhere else, she felt warm and safe there. She says if you can't stay at home any longer, this is the next best place to be.

They genuinely care about their residents. My mother was very happy there.

My mom is very happy at Orchard Pointe in Surprise. Within the first 6 months of the move, she received a dementia diagnosis, so my family is very glad that she is getting the help she needs. However, the cost of board minus the care add on went up twice in 4 months and she celebrates her once year anniversary there next week. Admin is non responsive about my inquiries about the rate hikes.

When I went to inspect the property to see if it would work for my dad, every staff person knew all the residents by name. So yes, I would definitely recommend it to someone.

The staff is very cordial/caring. Communication with the family is good. All went well with the move in process. The meals generally okay. I would recommend this facility to others.

It's wonderful to go into the buildings and see the same staff with very little turn over. This makes it great for the residents and their needs. Staff are wonderful, caring, respectful and put the needs of the residents first.

If we could give Orchard Pointe at Surprise a 10+ we would! We absolutely loved the experience! Unfortunately passed but Orchard employees still like family, and we would recommend this community to other families

The staff was very gracious in providing temporary furniture for my mother and getting everything set up in a comfortable fashion and then removing the items on the day her furniture arrived. All the residents seemed active and friendly. They allow pets.

My Mom lived here some years ago. Longevity of staff is wonderful. Everyone is helpful and kind. The community is clean and the seniors who live here are happy. Wide variety of activities, in assisted and independent living. Nice size apartments, beautiful common areas.

They are very attentive to my mother's needs and when she has had a complaint it has been addressed in a timely manner. I think that the director of nursing could improve on replying to questions that I have had. I have left several messages and have not received a call back. The main thing my mother likes it there are a number of activities she is able to participate with. She has made friends and doesn't feel alone there.

I would highly recommend Heritage. The staff are always on task and supportive. They're good about efficiently providing Mom her meds and responding in a timely manner to her requests. Housekeeping of her apartment is excellent. She really enjoyed the trunk or treat they had recently. Sometimes she is not too keen on the meals. Overall, mom having a good experience. Staff is very caring and attentive to client needs.

I would rate Orchard Pointe at Surprise a 5 on all categories it's. It's a very nice place and everybody's very friendly and helpful. They're just very kind friendly people and made us feel very welcome My sister is happy there.

We love The Heritage at Northern Hills! Any time something happens, they call and let you know. It takes worrying out of the equation because they tell you about everything, and our family sincerely appreciates that.

Orchard Pointe is an absolutely beautiful, gorgeous, brand new facility. The gal who showed us around was very nice and spent 2 hours with us answering all of our questions and explaining things. We did not feel any pressure from them at all which was nice. They did not have subsidized living here and we knew if she moved in we would have to move her out in about a year because it just would not be sustainable for us.

It's a very friendly place. There are lots of activities. There are staff to give aid when aid is needed. They manage my loved one's medications, which is awesome. It's very clean, and it has a homey feel to it. She likes the food and generally has no complaints.

Warm greeting by [name removed] and [name removed]. Happy Hour happening in main lobby with music and lots of residents present. Met the activity director - super nice and enthusiastic. Room was nice. Nice to talk to [name removed] who would assess mom and make her care plan. He said he could come see mom at the group home to assess to see if they fit her. Only one to say that. They have both a hoyer lift or 2 person transfer - whichever mom would prefer. They also have a shower wheelchair. Average wait time on call buttons is no more than 3 minutes. Sante has a rehab room on site.
