Heritage works with you on all levels of care. We have had my Mother and Father-in-law,, my Mother and my sister-in-law at Northern Hills and received all levels of care. They’re are good about keeping residence here for good instead of sending them off to a nursing home. At times, they seem shorthanded as all places have been but work quickly to remedy that as well as any issues that we have had. The food I would say is second to none. I am surprised by their food choices and quality. Activities are exceptional as well. I give them a 4.5 out of 5 and I am tough on my grading.

My mom is a resident at Ridgewood Senior Living. The cook, [name removed], is amazing and goes above and beyond for the residents. The food could be of better quality. The staff that cares for my mom is awesome. In the last couple of weeks it has changed hands, we will have to see what the new company does.

The only concern I have is communication with nursing staff leadership. Mom was given a diagnosis from her neurologist and I would like updates on her care from nursing periodically. While nursing staff provided their numbers for texting, they are sometimes unresponsive. I have to ask for updates in person. It's not an issue however, to determine another placement for mom as she is happy there.

They were very friendly. The staff was prepared, and the people seemed to be happy.

I visit my loved one often and I think that the people who can afford to live here are fortunate. The staff is very friendly and provide good care. The only suggestion I have for improvement is the food, it's just not great quality. My loved one is on a liquid diet/supplements so it doesn't apply to him. But if it were me living here, the food might be a deal breaker. There just seems to be a lot of reheated/frozen food. I thought the food was going to be great, but it' not. Housekeeping is once a week and it's adequate. I would recommend them to family and friends.

They do care and they do try. For assisted living they're very good.

We had a wonderful tour experience with Orchard Pointe at surprise and were very impressed by everything that we saw. The director was fabulous and we really clicked. The reason my parents did not choose this facility was because it is a little bigger and has an elevator and they wanted something small that was all on one floor. The apartments also did not have balconies or patios and they wanted one so they could sit outside with their dog. They did have beautiful rooms overlooking the courtyard, but there was a waiting list. Overall it looked like a wonderful facility and if things don't work out where they are at now, this would definitely be our next option.

Mom was sick one day and no one checked on her. It is a good location and a good place to live. It can be understaffed sometimes. It's a good place to go with good activities. It's a nice environment for mom.

I think it is more of a place for those who are in good shape and are more active and can get around easily. Unfortunately that was not the case for my loved one so it just was not the right fit. I would totally recommend them for more active individuals though.

They are very friendly and supporting when setting up the tour at The Heritage. They understood this is a difficult process in placing a loved one. They are able to provide several services, such as meals, laundry, and housekeeping. I wish it was a little more affordable, but feel we are getting what we pay for. The staff can be hard to get ahold of, because they are busy. They do have a cell phone to text but they are quick to respond in this way. My loved one seems to enjoy the food offered.

From what we saw on our brief tour, I thought The Heritage was good. The staff seemed friendly. The rooms were okay. And I liked the library.

This is a good choice for independent living. The staff were ok to work with. They recently changed their Administrator. The head of nursing could be improved as well. My loved one was here during COVID and the food was a bit more difficult because of the pandemic.

We chose Orchard Pointe because of the convenient location and it is also a beautiful facility. He started in independent living and has since then switched to assisted which made the price go up quite a bit. The room sizes are good and I would recommend them to others looking.

The Memory Care unit was run down. The energy level was low. Stimulation seemed to be low. Staff did not really engage with the residents. They were just playing the game as a player.

The community is a very nice place, and the staff seems to really care. I would recommend this community to others.

I am a resident of Orchard Pointe and couldn't be happier. Everyone and takes good care of me. The building is clean and refreshing. There is always something fun to do. I Love calling Orchard Pointe my new home.

My loved one has recently made the move into this community and I have no complaints of how things are going for him. The staff have been absolutely amazing to him and I have been comfortable with the care he has been receiving. He loves his apartment and is able to have his TV as loud as he wants it. He has made such great improvements that we think he will be able to come home at the end of the month. I am thankful for this place and would recommend it to anyone interested.

Dad is doing fine he has settled in nicely. He is doing activities and enjoying any social hours they have. He is getting along with the other residents and the staff. The staff is friendly and nice very interactive with all residents. He is enjoying the food very good. The location of the community is perfect close to family.

I have no complaints about how things had went for our tour of this community for my mother. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan as well as the other amenities they had for the residents throughout the building. It was a clean property but it was just not the right fit for her in the end decision.
