great place...the staff is friendly made my mom feel at home

My uncle has been in Savannah Court since May of 2013. We have found the staff to be very caring and helpful and we visit often. The facility is clean and never has "that smell." My uncle does not take advantage of all of the activities, but they are available if he so chooses, so that explains our 3.5 star on the activities. This facility is a pleasant homey, pleasant environment.

My mother and father have both been residents of Savannah Court. I have found that the staff is always quite caring with them and with the other residents. The facility is always clean. Savannah Court staff goes out of their way to meet the all of the needs of the residents including mental and emotional needs as well as physical.

My father is a resident here and I am very pleased with the quality of care he receives. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are many enjoyable activities such as Bingo, memory games, arts and crafts, music presentations, as well as holiday and birthday parties for the residents and their families. Its small size (about 40 residents) also gives it a very home-like appeal.

most senior centers offer clean rooms with adequate services. the difference with savannah court is the personal. they truly care about each and every resident. Everyone is address by their first name. no person is left out of any activity if they are able to attend. every Wednesday they offer a live band with sing along that the entire staff and residents get into the program. This along with so many other activities brings Savannah Court above the norm. All I can say is keep up the good work [Removed]

My family and I were looking at assisted living facilities, when we determined that mother could no longer live alone. We decided on Savannah Court in Lake Wales. The staff and workers are friendly, courteous and are there to meet the needs of the residents. We have the assurance that her medicine is properly administered and she has three meals per day that are available to her. In addition, we were looking for a facility that was clean and maintained, and smelled good. Savannah Court is comfortable and has a "homey" atmosphere. Mother feels safe and secure there.

I visited Savannah Court. I thought it would fit my father very well. I was very impressed. The people that I dealt with were very knowledgeable and very understanding. I thought they would have cared for my father in a loving way. The grounds were well kept and showed they cared about how the place looked. From what I saw, the dining area was neat, and I could tell that the people were well fed. It was a nice place with a family atmosphere. They had a lot of different things that the people could do to keep them active.

My mother of 86 became a resident of the Savannah Courts Bartow Facility in July 2015 after living alone for the past 17 years. She transitioned very well, and a huge part of this is because of the kind, caring, and knowledgeable staff who all work together to take wonderful care of the residents. Not only has it been a blessing for my mother, but for me as well, because it was becoming increasingly hard for me to be the primary caregiver. Now I can relax and enjoy my time with her knowing that she is not only well taken care of 24-7, but also because I know that she is safe too. This is a relatively small facility and is so clean and well maintained. Nestled under large oak trees, you get a sense of home from the moment you arrive. There is a beautiful open court yard with shaded areas to visit and relax. There is also a spacious cafeteria with wholesome meals served 3 times a day. The residents enjoy many activities and events which are schedule throughout the week including bingo, exercise classes, crafts, church on Sundays, ice cream socials and even an on-site beauty salon. The Executive Director along with her amazing staff take pride in their work, and also truly love and care about the people in their charge. If you are in need of an assisted living facility for someone you love, I highly recommend Savannah Court of Bartow.

Savannah Court of St Cloud is a wonderful place!!! When we moved our father there he needed a lot of TLC. They have gone above and beyond with helping him. He is now comfortable and well fed. Thanks to Judy he enjoys 3 meals a day and loves the food. All the staff members are attentive to the residents. Way to go, Gail!!

Both my Mom and I are very happy with La Casa. The staff is just great.My Mom always tells me how good they are to her.In just the short time she has been there I have seen a change for the better in her.

It's a great place, small, it's a forty-something unit community, and like being in a southern plantation. We loved it there. He could get around pretty easy. It's not fancy, but the rooms are nice, they had a few activities. They had a lot of volunteer groups come in and sing. They had really good care. It was just a nice place for a small itty bitty town.

Only less than 5 stars due to the quality of the food/meals. We hope to see some improvements in this area soon!!! [name removed], [name removed], and "[name removed] always try to solve any challenges that come up...........

My sister-in-law and I were shown around by [name removed], who was very nice and informative. She answered all our questions thoroughly. The staff is attentive and helpful. Both the staff and residents are quite friendly. Looking around while on tour, I noticed the facility was very clean. The dining room is pleasant and well lit. There are a variety of activities to choose from. The move in went smoothly.

Nice place.Not real big so i think it's more homey than some.Everyone is very friendly and helpful.The staff act like they really care about the residents and their needs. The staff goes out of their way to help make everything ok.

My mom has been at the facility for a couple of years now. The Club is clean, nice, safe and convenient. It is not to far away from where I live. The best part of The Club is the staff. My wife and I recently attended the family Thanksgiving dinner hosted by the staff. It was great.

Lived here 1 year following open heart surgery, death of husband and sale of home. Administration friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They made me feel safe. We need more aids or techs on weekends and changes in meals

I enjoy our crafts very much- and the person in charge is a very giving person, always pleasant and helpful. #1.

if a person doesn't have mobility limitations and no need for memory care, then this would be a nice place.

Savannah Court of Haines City works with you as much as they can. The communication isn't the best here, there was a time they closed the doors for intake and didn't let any of the family know. The food seems to be pretty good here. They have activities, my loved one would like more activities as well.
