They are very communicative about the resident's status, concerns, etc. And very genuine and have the best interests of the resident and family in mind. We're very happy there.

My loved one is currently a resident at Cedarwood at Sandy. All of the staff truly care about the residents. The residents are treated with kindness and respect. I would definitely recommend Cedarwood at Sandy to others.

I rate all seven categories a 5 for Abbotswood At Irving Park community. They have genuinely caring staff, quality activities. It is costly but worth it to me. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families

What our family likes the most about the Emerald Court is that our loved one is being looked out for and feed better than she can feed herself. The value is also there and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

It is exceptional! Not a "value" place but exceptional care for the price! I like that my mom is content, more self sufficient in many ways, mentally more than anything. She feels respected and knows her preferences for the way things are done are listened to even if they can't always be accommodated 100%. Balfour is consistent in saying "This is your home. It is our job to learn who you are and how you like things done." Great philosophy and often works that way. They were willing to adapt the room to her needs. They hung the draperies from her home in her room! Adaptations to the bathroom were accepted. Food is exceptional, with a kitchen/chef/ and food staff in each living area...independent, assisted and memory care. She has a menu with a choice of really decent food for each meal. In other places, she supposedly had a choice, but there was never really a choice, food was prepared across the building and wheeled through the hallways on carts, etc.. Balfour's food service is designed like a restaurant. My mom does not participate in activities, nor does she take advantage of things like they're wonderful gym facilities… But they are there for those who are interested. They also have in-house PT which is also a plus!

I am so grateful for the quality of care my husband received during 16 months at Balfour Longmont Memory Care, an elegant and beautiful facility. To the leadership, to the RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and care partners, to the kitchen staff and servers, to the front desk and activity directors, and to the household and maintenance personnel, I offer my highest praise.. Thank you each and all.

5 stars all the way around! Sagewood at Daybreak is an excellent facility. Staff is always available and they always have a great attitude. The food served is great and the menu has a lot of variety. The rooms are filled with amenities, WIFI, TV, fridge, sink, storage, big bathrooms etc. It is a very comfortable living space.

Caring staff, excellent activities. Beautiful facility. The room sizes in memory care are quite large, very nice. I cannot say enough good things about the facility and staff. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Balfour.

I am a resident at Cedarwood at Sandy. Great staff. They care about us and become friends. You arrange your own move. You use work orders to help with TV and hanging pictures. The closet space is limited, so you may need help putting things away. I think facility is great.

I have been a resident at Cedarwood at Sandy for two months now. And I have nothing but positive things to say. The staff is amazing. So many smiles and so much patience. And it is a delight to be around the other residents. There are games and a lot of activities. Things to participate in every day. And the food is great. A very good variety of it. The facility is very nice. Well kept and well decorated. Very much a feeling like home. Hence, contentment!!!

Very caring and personal in their approach. Transitions to different levels of care were smooth and very helpful. Top notch staff and facility.

I would highly recommend it. My Mom's only complaint besides the food is that most of the other people in in the independent living area where she is seem to have a lot of memory and other mental issues. Overall, though, it's just what we were looking for, safe, clean, caring and activities.

I find the facility to be very clean and the food is quite good and the staff are friendly and responsive. They have options of room sizes, ranging from studio up to two bedroom I believe and the care is by level depending on how much assistance is needed.

Emerald court is not the cheapest, but their attention to detail has been great. Positive vibe.....residents seemed happy.

It's a very good place or I wouldn't stay here..... Friendly, good food, clean, some activities - although could be more that are NOT LOCATED HERE. It's great to get OUT.....

I am a resident at Emerald Court. Based off of my experience, I would recommend this facility to others.

Good activities. Friendly staff. Large apartments in the ability to be an independent living with the ability to add on specific extra services. Clean and well kept good food in the restaurant. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. I feel that you get what you pay for here.

All of the categories that are listed above has made our experience with the Cedarwood at Sandy community excellent. It is a lovely community, and our loved ones are very happy there.

My loved one is a resident at Heritage Greens and everything has been great for her. She has had no complaints and is happy there. I would recommend Heritage Greens to others.
