In the fall of 2022 we began the search for a memory care facility for my 92 year old dad. We chose Harvest Home Inwood Crossing based on the friendly staff, activity schedule, and the bright, spacious common areas with large windows. My dad did not want to leave his home and could not understand why it was necessary. The new director was aware of the situation and on moving day she and other staff members went above and beyond to make Dad feel welcome and comfortable in his new home. For that I will always be grateful. In the four months since then Dad has received kind and gentle care, and I have received a great deal of assistance in learning about various healthcare options. This has been a very positive experience.

I had a couple days to fly in from out of state to find a place for my Dad and move him in when he was released from rehab. I visited 5 locations and found Vineyard Ranch worked for us. The staff was friendly ([name removed] and [name removed] were my main contacts and they were fabulous), knowledgeable and went out of their way to meet my strict timeline. My Dad said they are treating him great, the food is good and he is happy to be at the Vineyard Ranch.

We LOVE this place. The people are so great with my mother. She loves it here and is super happy. She needed someone to take the initiative and encourage her to do things, they have done just that and she is thriving here. I find the staff incredibly easy to work with and very caring for my mom. They have also been extremely accommodating. I cannot recommend Harvest Home enough, I absolutely love this facility.

This was a nice community during the tour. The cost was more than another community that we ended up going with.

Mom is very pleased with where she is. She has a marvelous room and she loves the big window. They are right on the ball with care - we have not had any problems at all. The staff are all so friendly and caring. She loves the food that they serve. It is family style where food is in the middle of the table and they help them dish out what they want on her plate. She has been participating in the activities and enjoying them. The residents are not forced to do anything that they do not want to do. I am very happy with the price, it is well worth it for what you get. They will bend over backwards for the residents to provide the religious activities that they feel comfortable with. They have a number of different religions that come and work with the residents based off of their denotations. Overall would definitely recommend Harvest Home & Inwood Crossing.

I LOVED The Gardens of Sun City - it was awesome. The staff were excellent. They were so helpful and helped me get all of my mothers medical records and things that we would need for this process. They gave us a wonderful tour and the price was actually better than the facility we went with. They had quality services provided. The only reason we did not choose this facility was because my mother wanted to be closer to where she lived.

I would tell others this seems to be a nice community during our tour. My loved ones have decided to go here, and the can be delays with the community being at capacity most of the time. The food was good when we toured the community.

My sister was just placed in this facility, she has symptoms of dementia. I was very impressed with the kind, friendly staff. They are attentive to the clients' needs. For instance, there are always staff walking around in the main room helping the clients. Appears to be a new, clean, well-run facility.. They care about the clients' well-being. My sister has some issues with her dementia, and they are right on top of it.

Of course, they could always use more staff- It did seem like they were under staffed and over worked- But that seems to be a very common problem. Doors for the residents were always locked. And I am not sure that is good. Also when we got there. It took a very long time to get a key to the room. Our favorite really was the activities. Very enjoyable and engaging for all the residents .

For us 5 definitely but if someone wants a larger property. However, all amenities are great. They take him to Doctors , etc. ?? Me and my daughter love The Gardens of Sun City. It's small, quaint, the people are amazing and everyone knows his name and mine. He loves the nurse care- even though he didn't need all the time and loves the food! We are very happy with the fun activities and the performers they bring in. Every holiday is celebrated and fun for these special folks. I do not have any complaints with Michelle Stevenson, executive director or anything about the Gardens of Sun City!

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was an excellent tour everything was very nice but ultimately it came down to location and it was just to far away

What we really like about The Gardens of Sun City is it is not a large property, giving more immediate attention to the residents. It's also nice that this community is built in a way that it's residents have to pass by the front desk to leave , reducing the risk of residents of just walking out .

Our family had an in person tour and we loved this community we thought the tour experience was great. It was a very strong contender and they had a pool for independent living but for those on assisted living they would only be able to use the pool for certain classes and not all the time.

I am more than happy to promote Ocean Hills Senior Living and, in particular, the outstanding work of its employees and administration. Senior communities are invaluable in providing critical care for our elders. Like the care that [removed] offered for my parents when they were residing there.

The personal are very friendly and carrying! We like the warm atmosphere and all the neat decorations. We are especially fond of [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]at the front desk! They’re always so courteous and helpful!! We are certainly going to miss [name removed]. He was such a great guy and a needed person at Cypress!..He made it feel like a real home in The thirteen years my mom has been there we feel he was the best director!! He actually cared for the residents and they felt that. We only hope the new director will be a plus too!

Everyone is very warm, friendly,and responsive. Harvest Home feels like home. There is no institutional vibe at all. My mom said she liked it there on the very first day. She feels at home which is huge.

This facility is outstanding! Staff are professional with everything concerning our senior living in every way! I love to call this place home! It sits in the middle of a quiet neighborhood that I enjoy taking a walk around.

I have found the management at this community to be very kind, polite and helpful. The executive director has actually given me her cell phone number and we have exchanged messages. I was very appreciative of the way that Ms. [name removed] helped with the move-in process with my dad. I was very much concerned with how that was going to look and was a great help and was there to comfort my dad and help him understand that he was in a good place. I am very grateful to her for that. The care staff has been very kind and caring toward my dad and toward me and my family as well. He hasn't required much assistance but there seems to be plenty of staff on duty to take care of anything that he needs to be taken care of. From what I have heard from my dad the food is good and they are timely. They have sing along sessions and bingo and a few days after my dad moved in a lady from al came over and did a bible study which my dad was interested in participating in. His room always looks clean

The people here are amazing, kind , helpful and caring to the residents who live here. The staff does a great job in making this place a great home to live in! It’s great to see all the smiles on resident faces!!

I love everything about the community. The staff goes above and beyond for the residents. The food is always really good. There is always snacks and a beverage available. The residents really love it here.
