I think sometimes they don't change my dad enough. Some of the assistant people who are not nurses just kind of sit around.

My first impression is that it's a good place. They're competent, the staff and the people I've dealt with. They are very friendly and forthcoming. My father does seem to be improving but I'm really waiting to see better results.

The overall experience has gone well. The rehab is not bad. The nursing care is pretty good. I have only actually seen one session with the rehab therapy but that looked fine. I have had a pleasant experience with the nurse was really nice. So in the short time that my loved one has been here, I would say they have done very satisfactory. The friendliness is great. The meals look and smell very good.

I am sure my loved one was taken care of there. They did not update me about her care.

My loved one is happy and comfortable. My interaction yesterday was better and I hope it will get better. I am confident of leaving her in their hands.

Since my loved one has been here, he has had maybe four days of rehab and their communication skills are lacking. I'm sure it's a staffing issue, but there is a lot of waiting when dad calls the staff for assistance.

The food is good and my loved one likes the people. The care is inconsistent. I asked someone to do something and come in the next day and it hasn't happened.

I think I see good care when I'm there. I think the facility is very clean. I was really surprised, especially in comparison to other nursing homes. I forgot razors for my loved one and they provided those for him. That was nice. He's not too happy with the experience. He does say when he rings the bell it takes them forever for them to come in.

Out of the area, it's one of the best facilities. My choices were limited to where to put my loved one. I do believe that they could do better on the call bell when the patients ring.

They took good care of her, but they didn't do what I asked them to do.

There was this nurse's assistant, she was wonderful. I asked if she could help put my Aunt to bed later, she told me that she got off before then. She stayed after her shift to help with that. I met some other people who are very attentive, for others it's just a job and they are in and out. We had an issue with her phone, and it took them five days to that fixed. I wished they bathed the patients more often. It's a once a week thing.

The therapist is good. There is not enough help and we are having trouble with some of the aides. My loved one has to wait several hours to get her out of her wheelchair when she has been in it all day long. I have to get very stern to get someone to put her in bed or go to the bathroom.

Overall, it was an okay stay. Their nursing care could be better. Getting my loved one her medication seems to be more of an issue at night. When I was visiting I had to go out twice looking for help.

The facility is not bad, I've seen worse. They don't have enough help, to begin with. My husband complains that when he uses the call bell it takes forever for them to come.

Their therapists are very good and very knowledgeable. They have a personable mindset. The spacing of their accommodations is not good for people that are almost all in wheelchairs. Even in the dining room, it's hard to get around. If you're doing occupancy rooms, it's challenging.

They're doing what they should be doing, as far as I know. The social worker is very helpful and got me prepared early for my loved one's discharge. The therapists need to provide more feedback. I haven't heard one word from them.

Our stay was fine. It's a very busy place and an extremely big place. I felt like the service could have been better when my loved one needed something.

My husband is making progress with therapy, and his therapists are doing well. Things seemed to be hectic when we first arrived, and I don't know if they were changing shifts, but they weren't prepared for my husband's specific medical and equipment needs. It took a couple of days to get that straightened out. I have appreciated how they went about getting it straightened out.

They're good as long as you're well and in your own apartment. It's not as good as it can be. The wellness center was good to him, and there are good things about it. They're spending millions to renovate, and that should be put into the residents. They call me to take him into appointments, and if I can't do that, I get the feeling they're annoyed. They don't tell me when he's out of medication.

The stay has been fine. The therapy team seems to be doing the best they can. The meals leave a lot to be desired and their communication needs improvement.
