I took my Mother-in law to see this place & we both were very surprised to see that everyone was very helpful, polite & experienced. The home was very clean & had a lot of activities for the seniors. We are definitely planning to keep my Mother-in-law there. I highly recommend this home.

I asked a lot of questions and had high expectations. Very happy I found Ultimate Care. The small home made for a more personal experience. The owner and caregiver were very warm and friendly. We chose Ultimate Care by God's Providers because it was recommended to us. It was affordable, in a nice area, and it was close to family. His room was on the smaller side, but it is a private home in a subdivision so I was not able to tour and see other rooms. The best part about the community was the staff members, they were very friendly, helpful, and responsive to our questions and needs.

This is the 3rd home and we wish we had found it first. The staff are everything in a place like this and at the home they are exceptional. Smiling engaged and polite to all the relatives and kind, caring and in some instances full of love. Always treated with respect and as a member of the family. Would highly recommend.

They are doing a great job. They have really helped a lot. They know what to give her when she gets agitated. She has a nice room, and they seem to be doing a really good job. They know just what to do. I liked the way the house looked, and I liked Debbie. I liked the atmosphere, and mom says she likes it.

We really like them. It is so clean, and they are very, very friendly. The woman that owns it is a nurse. It's a really comfortable environment. They have a calendar of things that they do everyday. Everyone seems happy and we have met all the families. The food is all home cooked, it's pretty good. They have exceeded all of our expectations.

My grandmother was in this home. The home was very nice and the staff was amazing. Not only did they care for my grandmother with love,, kindness and respect but they were also very knowledgable. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a home for a loved one.

When I got there they had rented the room. Nice place

We have been thankful for the caring management and their attention to our needs and concerns. We have had an issue with a staff member, but management has always tried to help and resolve issues quickly.

Things are going mostly pretty good, there are a few concerns though. It's kept very clean, but the staff can be a hit or a miss. It can really depend on the day. It's a small house without that many residents, so they really don't have a lot of activities going on. I haven't heard any complaints about the food at all, they eat pretty good. They could do a better job with communication. Especially communicating their policies and what things they do for the resident up front. Things that I had expected to do, like some grooming things, were done by the community and I didn't know they were going to do those things.

I had a truly different need than all of the others at the house. The workers there were great but not nearly enough to handle a full house. None of them were nurses (as advertised).

They were not engaged with the patients! They had their family and young kids there. They would leave her sitting in front of the tv and the tv would keep them company. No activities or engaging with client at all.

The care givers are not trained on anything other than changing briefs - cooking -cleaning - my loved one needed much more help because of her immobility and tracheotomy - I believe I was mislead on the trained care they could provide - also it was advertised as 24 hour care - and with only one caregiver (who needed to sleep) this was not the case for many nights - I know because my loved one had issues several nights and I did not leave her until very late at night or early in the morning - and no extra help arrived. Care givers were good and truly cared - but not equipped/trained to handle the type of care my wife needed and one person had trouble in the mornings and evenings handling the amount of patients that needed attention.

I would only recommend placing a loved one here, if you can visit daily and live nearby. The staffing to resident ratio wasn't as good as it could be. The owner isn't always checking to make sure things are running smoothly. They allowed 5 residents in the house, with each having their own room. The food was adequate. I had to keep reminding the community to leave a tv on for my loved one as an activity.

Had a step up shower.....didn't feel like Mom.

The management team was friendly until there was a concern, and then the management would change their tune with the family. I wouldn't recommend the community to others, and we wouldn't go back there. This is a clean community though. The food choices were lacking for the residents. I would suggest you ask questions about the 30-day notice.
