A friend of mine has lived here for 10 years. She is very loved and well cared for here.

Love shined through every single day my Dad was at The Pointe. From the beginning I felt our prayers were answered! [name removed], Executive Director, and my Dad hit it off at the first interview while he was still in rehab. In less than 48 hours she had everything in place to have my Dad moved in! I still remember his first day there! We were greeted with a big smile from [name removed] the concierge. Later, we were greeted by [names removed]! I later learned that [name removed] came in on her day off just to make sure that my Dad had everything he needed! That afternoon we met [name removed], the Business Office Mgr. He came down to welcome Dad to The Pointe, and they were laughing and joking in less than a minute! I stayed with my dad that night in case he woke, up he wouldn’t be afraid. He was checked on every two hours. Our first morning there, I knew then that he was where he needed to be. My dad told me later that day that The Pointe was a good place to be! My family and I always felt welcome while we were there. Birthdays, Happy hour, Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas celebrations, you name it, it’s celebrated! These people become your family! It’s really saying something when you know that they will take care of your family member. This facility is top notch! They ALL go above and beyond! The most important part is that they treat your family member with Love and respect!

The staff at The Pointe is wonderful and they create a friendly and family like environment for the people living there. They have a lot of processes in place that really help families manage the care of their loved ones. I am always able to reach someone when I need help or have a question. My mothers room is a great size and the room is nice and updated. My family feels very luck to have found The Pointe and Mom is much happier and well taken care of.

I have to say The Pointe and staff are exceptional, they care and love your loved one. My experience with them has been a blessing. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make my loved one happy, clean and safe in all ways, I am proud to say. They love BIG and are genuine! I feel I made the best choice with them...communication has been exceptional.

Nice friendly environment. Very well kept on housekeeping part the staff are very friendly, greeted with smile upon entering.

Clean facility, the employees were nice and respectful. The patients seem to be loved by their caregivers.

This has been an extremely challenging time w/ COVID-19 for my mom. Considering the restrictions the staff has been supportive and helpful. Overall I think they do a very good job.

We love it! There has always been exceptional care and communication as well as new friendships! I suggest Pelican Bay to friends needing to find the right facility.

My sister is doing so well at Regal Estates. I would not have dreamed she would do so well. She was living alone and that was not working anymore. The upkeep on a house, the social isolation everything was becoming a problem. Because of her special needs my brothers and I worried it might not work out. Well it has been several years now and she is happy and doing fantastic! The Staff at Regal is patient, caring, kind and smart when it comes to 'reading' what each resident needs. When we ask for help on something they are quick to respond and solve the slightest issue quickly and efficiently to everyones satisfaction. They keep the residents engaged in fun activities, vary the dining menus, administer her medicines for seizures and the place is spotless and oh so cheerful. Our family is so relieved and my sister is so much better off. No more calls crying in frustration from her. Regal Estates is one of the many blessings in our lives!

Our family was so blessed to discover Regal Estates. We have a loved one that has lived there for almost a year. I do not live nearby but have visited and am so pleased with the level of care. It has really been hard during this Pandemic but the Director has done an outstanding job of keeping the family apprised of what is going on. That speaks volumes to me! My loved one is very happy there which takes a weight off our shoulders. Please check them out, you won't be sorry.

Great friendly environment all the staff are well trained and great with the residents. I love this facility's great asset to the Macon area. Truly one of the best you will find for your loved one.

I am so thankful for The Regal Estates!! During this Pandemic they have been so wonderful in keeping my brother and other residents safe. They have adapted the way they provided care to keep the residents as comfortable and happy as possible. They have always been caring and loving but during these hard times They have truly showed creativity in keeping them socially engaged. I also appreciate how they have kept us informed!! I’m looking forward to being able to go back in the Home to see all those precious residents and staff that have become family to us! The visit was great. The staff and facility is an amazing place to live. They really make life enjoyable for the residents, and safe for all. The activities that allow family and friends to join (prior to Covid-19) is to be commended. I would recommend Antebellum as a quality, loving place to live.

This is a lovely community with a very professional and caring staff. It feels like home when you walk in. The location is central to local churches and hospitals. If you are considering care for yourself or a loved one, this place will give you the peace of mind that your/their needs are being met in a loving, caring, homelike environment.

I toured this four months ago for my grandmother. The facility is well kept and smells extremely nice. The staff are very attentive, and mannered. Residents that I meet were happy and well taken care of. They offered us lunch, which was plated, nice and tasty.

My loved one is well taken care of, Staff does a great job helping him with his daily task.

I have enjoyed living in this community for several years. I especially appreciate the leadership and the staff's concern and care during the Covid-19 pandemic. Before the pandemic I participated in exciting outings and fun activities. I look forward to being able to visit with my family. Until then I enjoy my friendships here.
