You should try it for one month if you don't like, so be it. I am getting on the waitlist for ten years from now.The cost was at a price I could afford at the time. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. They were very caring. The play is very spacious and clean. 24 hour assessable for family members.

What we like the most about the Oak Pointe Assisted Living community is the overall friendliness of the staff members and the cleanliness of the community. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

Overall, my loved one's experience at River Oaks Place Lenoir City was great. However, her initial evaluation could have been more in depth to catch poor cognitive status and inability to maintain safety of self. This facility is nice and the staff and residents are nice. We enjoyed getting to know them. We loved the activities and the Activities Director. I would recommend River Oaks Place Lenoir City to family and friends.

I am currently a resident at Garden Estates of Tyler. Everything here at this facility is so positive and cheerful. From the staff and residents to the meals. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The meals, activities, and staff are also great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

My brother was a resident at this facility last year. His family was very pleased with the competent, and caring staff there. So, when it came time to find a place for my sister a few months ago...the obvious choice was Garden Estates! I live on the East Coast, but have spoken with the Sales Marketing Director, and my sister's Care Takers' Supervisor. They both have been very professional, courteous, and have literally bent over backwards to make her transition there a smooth one. My sister seems to be adjusting well, and loves the entire staff...from the top to the custodial staff. If you're looking for a caring place for your loved one, please check them out. My mother has been at The Pointe since February 2023 and absolutely loves it. The first few days were tough for her but once she made friends and started enjoying all of the activities she was hooked!! It is a small place so the employees remember our names which makes us feel very welcome. The Director, [name removed], is AWESOME. She makes herself available to the family at all times and is caring and helpful to find solutions when things come up. We recently asked our mother if she would rather come home again and she was very firm in her answer that she wants to stay at The Pointe because she loves it. She loves the staff, the friends she has made, her studio and all the activities. I highly recommend The Pointe at Cedar Park!!

The Pointe staff was nice. It was a good tour, but the facility a bit dated which is why we chose [facility name removed] Both seemed equal other than the age of building.

It's been a great experience so far. It was perfectly located between family members and within a few minutes of her doctors. The initial visit was extremely informational and the staff seemed attentive and forthcoming.

My family and loved one have had a great experience with the community. The staff are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Everyone is friendly. There are wonderful activities for the residents to participate in. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others for their loved ones. Two things in particular stood out to me: the place was spotless, it was obvious that sanitation was a priority; the other thing was the residence themselves; they were genuinely happy to be there, and it followed that they were extremely friendly.

I cannot even begin to explain how incredibly friendly the whole staff is at Greatwood at Sugar Land. I'm always greeted with a smile. The staff is so so friendly and always accommodating. The food is very good and both of my parents are so very happy. There are plenty of activities to keep your loved one occupied and the residents are very welcoming to new residents joining in. I'm so happy to have chosen this facility for my parents. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

I am currently a resident at Regal Estates of League City and my overall experience at this facility has been pretty good so far. The cleanliness of the facility is great. The staff is nice. The food is okay. They do offer a lot of activities. The resident rooms are okay. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We picked this community, because the price was reasonable I would recommend this place!! They are much more than assisted living, they are a home for my parents!!I love it. They are so friendly and personable!!! They have parties, pictures, bingo, lunch outings, zoo, exercise, card games, etc

I am a resident of Garden Estates Assisted Living Center in Temple, Texas. I have lived here for about eleven months, and truly think of it as home. There are many activities offered here, from games to talent brought in for performances. Just this week we had a “senior prom” with live entertainment, and which residents seem to enjoy. Once a week we have a Bible study led by a resident, which I enjoy. I don’t participate in everything offered, but many residents do. I enjoy the live performances of musicians. Garden Estates is an overall wonderful place, and I’m grateful to be able to live here.

The people have been very patient and helpful with a challenging resident. The nursing staff has been really good. My loved one has some concerns with the cleaning service. But she expects them to do things like wash dishes and clean the cat box which are not on their list of things to do.

Don't get 'sticker shock'! They really worked with us financially and, they made it possible to call this home for her. Garden Estates has been a complete God send. [name removed] and his team [[name removed] and [name removed] are exceptional. They really helped us financially to get my grandma in the facility and, she's absolutely thriving. I could not be happier or, more grateful for them all. I love it there! The staff is literally second to none. I can't say good enough things about them all. Every front desk worker I've ever come into contact with, to even the cleaning ladies.. everyone is awesome and so friendly. They make everyone who walks through those doors feel welcome. The apartment sizes are great! She's got a one bedroom, one bath with a full kitchen. We did downsize a few pieces of furniture but mostly all dining related items due to the cafeteria being such a perk! I want to say it is close to 505 square feet? I can't tell you how much lighter she looks! She's not worrying about money, food, cooking.. etc. she's made so many friends and, she's really just blended in seamlessly. I honestly, can't say enough good things about the place. Even the hairdresser is amazing! She's been going to get her haircut and styled and, that was always such a chore for her. She never felt good enough to go but, now she's loving just having to walk around the corner to get it done. It's just amazing. I'm telling you, I want to move in.

We toured the Court at Round Rock and we liked the facility. It was very nice, but just a bit further away than I wanted my loved one to be from me. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. I liked that they had a hairdresser on site, also.

It was pleasant and nice and clean. [name removed] was very helpful during the whole signup process. My loved one was only there a few days.

Garden estates has been a good experience. They were very helpful in adjusting fees and in helping my friend get moved in and settled. Great that they had a handyman on premises who installed things. Food is not the best but otherwise no complaints. The staff is helpful I like that there are no levels of care tacked on to his rent. As long as he is pretty much able to navigate by himself he can stay there. If he requires more hands or attention then we will have to move him.

We are very pleased with Pelican Bay- no complaints really about anything. The only thing that has raised an eyebrow with me is my one interaction with weekend employees on the unit. I'm not complaining, as it was only a one time occurrence. I normally go during the week to visit, and everyone is terrific then. I plan to go again as soon as I can on a Sat or Sun and will see how that goes.

I like that the staff were professional but also very down to earth and approachable. Like that the Independent and Assisted Living buildings were connected and shared a cafeteria. This means if your friend or spouse has to move to Assisted Living they still can have meals with their friend/family. Plus all meals have to meet stricter dietary requirements. The other facility my Mom lived in they had several friends move to Assisted Living and never got to see them again. I like the fact the cafeteria can be reached without going outside. Other places we looked at you had to walk outside some distance. I know that would have caused her to skip some meals. Yes I would recommend this place to others and I in fact have recommend it to several people.
