This is a good an excellent place to put a loved one. The tour was great and they gave me all of the information that we needed. We had a situation with medications and they corrected the issue immediately and made sure that things were straightened out for my loved one. They do have activities but my loved one is not able to participate. They do however make sure that my loved one gets up and moving.

Great room. I love my friends here, and the staff is top notch.

It's been difficult to get settled in due to my own personal circumstances. but they're helping me get adjusted. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They're very willing to accommodate me and make me comfortable. And if I ask them to do something, they've done it right away.

my mother ultimately chose a larger community. I was very impressed with both the facility and the staff.

For the money this was good experience. My loved one's room was nice. The staff were nice to work with. They were able to correct any issues quickly. This was also nice because my loved one was close to the family. It would be nice if they could renovate the kitchen. There was recently a change in ownership. It is a smaller community as well.

My aunt currently resides at this location and we have been very happy with the care team. The property is in need of updating which I understand is about to take place.

I am very satisfied with the4 care my father has received at this location.

Unfortunately my dad passed away away prior to move in however the professionalism that I experienced was tremendous for a care home.

The tour at Lake Point was great. The marketing director and staff were all good people. They had a good way of showing you their community. Of course you hear all the good stuff when you tour, and you don’t get to hear the challenges until your loved one lives there. But we liked what we saw on the tour.

The house is a little dated but cozy. Staff were very friendly

The tour was great, but I just did not feel as comfortable here as I did at another facility I looked at.

Our experience with Avendelle has been very good, we are very happy with the care our loved one has been receiving. We are also very happy with the low ratio of residents to staff members, they do not have a ton of people to look after there. The home itself is clearly well taken care of, and we are just overall very pleased.

Very impressive. My family and I wanted to place both of our parents here however, there was a 3 person waitlist ahead of us. We would endorse taking a look at this place.

We chose Lake Point because it is a beautiful, modern property that is in a private community. Also my mom has special care needs that they were able to help with. The residents have been experiencing falls, my mom had 3 in more than 1 year so I have not been very pleased with the amount of monitoring. They also let her sleep a lot when she changed medication so she dropped some weight, I do think staff could be trained more on that and maybe have a check list.

I found Lake Point after my father was denied admission at a larger provider due to his high level of care. They have been a godsend.

In the short time that my father stayed at the house on Lavendale Circle, he was treated very well. [Name removed] and her staff provided around the clock care and did everything possible to help him feel included and at home in his new surroundings. The home was beautiful, the staff was helpful and caring and I felt like I could pop in at anytime. My father enjoyed the sitting area outside and definitely liked the food that was served! We appreciate everything that was done for my dad to make sure he was comfortable and happy with the service. Thank you again, [name removed] for [name removed].

Super friendly, nice, caring staff and a lovely home/location. Sadly this did not work for our dad because his needs were a bit more than they could accommodate. It was a bit steep in price with the move-in fee, along with the rent and the 45 day cancellation which hit hard since our dad moved to the hospital and wasn't able to return back to this place.
