When I went to go pick up my Uncle, he was lying on a rubber mattress with no sheet. When I asked the attendant about it, she informed me that she was washing his linens. Then I asked her if he had messed up the sheets and she told me no. So, I left it at that and did not speak any more about it. I figured maybe the day shift got backed up or something. However, I will give this facility another chance.

This wonderful place with guardian angels taking care of a few residents was an answer to prayer. They have small numbers of residents to caregivers, unlike nursing care or assisted living homes that pack as many in as possible and do not have trained or qualified staff. One place started out fine, but resulted in good caregivers leaving because they were marked "problems" by the administration, when they reported abuse of residents. My mom was smothered 4 times by an animal because she wouldn't comply. Another place, [removed] was a nightmare. My mom only stayed 6 days due to way too many violations of conduct to list. LAVENDALE, they do what they say. Their caregivers are truly loving toward residents giving them their gentle care and undivided attention. PLEASE SAVE YOUR LOVED ONE AND YOURSELF FROM PLACES LIKE THESE.....LAVENDALE US YOUR ANSWER.

This has been a new experience for my mom. The staff is caring and attentive for her. We like the community. My mom is not happy with meals at this time, but they are making improvements. They do have some activities that have been offered for her to participate. We would recommend this community for the great care for a loved one

I toured this community for care for mom. The staff was nice and able to answer the questions that we had on the care that was offered. We like that the room was clean and the menu was appealing. They had a nice list of activities. and trips from the community for the residents. We would recommend this community for the care and value for other families.

I thought this community was fine but I didn't get a good vibe. It would have not been a good fit. The room was nice and a good size. The person I toured with was good at letting me know what they do and what I would need. The dining room was very large and the residents were talking to each other. I felt he would need more help when eating and the community was not in easy location for the family.

I didn't tour this home because after speaking to them about the services they provide, they were not able to accept us because we require a feeding tube. I had no issues during our interaction and they actually helped me make sure I was picking the right place.

While my mother in law was at Dignified Living, they took very good car of her. The staff was all great and very accommodating. The place was clean and it worked out very well for what she needed at the time.

I like that it is a community and my mom feels like she is apart of family there. The staff understand the need of everyone making it cozy for them. My mom has not complained about the meals and activities they provide. From what I know it is all going good and I am totally pleased with the community.

I have no complaints . Happy and pleased with the staff and services received at Lavendale Circle. This was the best choice for Mother considering her age and physical condition. I recommend this option for elderly 's care vs nursing facilities. She has been in a nursing facility for years before Lavendale Circle. There is no comparison as to how much better this home is compared to a nursing facility, at this point in her life. More personnel attention and care from the staff. I , 100 % , recommend Lexington Place and their organization. [Removed]

Excellent facility, not sure it has the service level we need

Excellent. Nice facility. Friendly staff. Secure, clean, large rooms. A bit costly; just over my budget. Will definitely consider this facility when the time comes.

It is the a real home, only with the added benefits of nursing care to help with personal hygene, feeding tube, and all around encouragement. They also have a doctor who comes to the home, physical therapist who also come to the home!!! I think they are great!!!

The caregivers at this care home are good at communication. We have assurance that my parents are receiving ongoing care in a caring environment. The home is clean and well maintained. The food is good and they do offer some variety. They have activities available and scheduled music guests. . I would recommend this home.

Dignified Living is an absolutely wonderful place, I can't say enough good things about them! It's a beautiful, clean facility, and the staff are the most caring individuals I know. The amount of personal care and genuine concern they show for my father is more than I could ask for, they really go above and beyond! I highly recommend them!

Beautiful house. Loving caregivers. Clean and well run. We feel we have found the best place for our Mom.

This community is in a nice location and look like a nice facility. The staff are always attentive, helpful and making my dad comfortable. My dad is on a special diet so the staff make sure it available to him. I have no concerns with the care here and I would recommend this place.

Things are going awesome here. We do not have any complaints with HuntLeigh. The staff is excellent and so is the level of care. The facility is kept up nicely and always clean. So far, this has been a great experience.

Wonderful, caring personnel in a beautiful home setting. Each resident gets lots of attention at all hours day and night.

Lexington Place - Lavendale - is amazing. I've been to 500 places over the years and this is by far the best. They stay on top of the residents general health. If there is ever any issue the staff are very good about communication. I am very pleased with this facility.
