We couldn't be happier with the care and services provided by Magnolia Springs, Southpointe. Especially during the 2020 pandemic; The staff has proven time and time again their main concern is for their residents safety and welfare. Magnolia has made it possible to see our relatives, while ensuring their safety through strict social distancing guidelines. These extra steps have allowed the residents to stay not only physically healthy but has also accommodated their emotional well being. I believe that emotional well being is just as important to them and to us, as caregivers. I want to give much thanks to all the staff for caring for our loved ones with so much devotion and so lovingly.

I was looking for a place for my dad after the death of my mom. The sales director and the Executive director tried everything to make my financial situation work. Unfortunately it didn't work for us but the fact that they tried several different things to make it work. Im thankful they took the time to even attempt to make it work. Most people when i explain dont even listen nor refer me to anyone for help. They however reached out to people to help. If our situation changes we will be back...

I have noticed a huge improvement since bringing my loved one here. I can tell you from previous management finances have been all that was cared about. UNTIL now.. the staff always go the extra mile. They truly treat my dad like their own. They cry when he crys they worry when we worry. We wouldn't want him anywhere else.

I truly enjoy the smiling faces that we see every time we come in. They have truly been a blessing during the covid experience. Magnolia Springs is an excellent place to live
My mother has lived at Magnolia Springs Southpointe for over 4 years and loves her beautiful home. Staff are kind and caring and go above and beyond to ensure that all residents are happy, engaged and safe. The dining room has an extensive and delicious menu and really caters to the residents' preferences. Memory Care at Magnolia Springs
My MIL has increasing dementia. She was in Assisted Living in Minnesota, but when they could no longer care for her, we moved her to Magnolia Springs Southpointe so she could be nearer to us. They are open, communicative, and the staff is really caring and patient. It's been hard during covid, but the Administration and staff has been taking excellent care of the residents, and have worked hard to ensure there have been no cases. That really gives us peace of mind. When things open up more, we look forward to visiting the facility frequently again, and taking my MIL to lunch in the lovely main dining room. I highly recommend this facility in every way .
