A Place For Mom was very helpful in helping us find a place for my cousin. Excellent place to live.

They were the greatest people. They were exceptional with [name removed] until her passing. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The overall experience with Sylvan Crossings on Evergreen was excellent.

The supervisor and staff have been super friendly and very watchful over my loved one. We are welcome any time. Just like family.It has been an awesome life change for my cousin. He loves it there. No problems. They understand Huntington disease. Can not say enough good about the care and staff.

Every time we come to visit the cleanliness is perfect, and the staff members are very friendly. From experience we do think the meals and dining service is excellent. For us the value is completely worth it, we would not be able to provide this level of care at home. Based on our experience so far we would recommend the Sylvan Crossings of Stevens Point to other families.

What really sticks out about Sylvan Crossings over others is the staff members. Other places we looked at the workers just seemed to be putting their time in and did not really care. The staff here are concerned and are always super friendly and truly care about the residents they are working with. They toned down the activities because of covid and they are just starting to ramp those back up. It is a smaller facility but the staff are what really makes it. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

The people are really nice at this community. The staff are helpful. Mom likes the food and activities they offer. The community is clean and well maintained inside and out. This community is just the right size for mom so you are able to get to know everyone. I would recommend this community.

The care at this community is good for care for my mom. The staff is caring and I like that they keep me informed on her progress. She is happy with the variety of meals. The community is clean and it is good knowing that she is happy here. They offer her a lot of activities with the other residents. My mom moved into Sylvan Crossings - Westshire about a month ago and I cannot express how happy I am that she is living there. Most importantly she is getting the care she needs, she feels at home there and making new friends and she loves the many activities that are available. The staff provide exceptional care for my mom and the new Facility Director, [Removed] is doing a great job managing the facility and is a pleasure to work with. My loved one is doing well at the Sylvan Crossings of Fitchburg considering it has been a bit of an adjustment. She really loves the food, when I spoke to the director they told me that the food is 80 percent made from scratch! She is not one to take part in activities, but I believe the activities director is working with her one on one. The staff will also interact with her and she is happy.

Meeting with administrators of this community was quite helpful. They guiding us through the process which allowed the family to make this very important decision. My mother's transition into Sylvan Crossings Assisted Living went quite smoothly. She seems very happy in her new environment. Beginning the first week, the staff encouraged mom to join in the many activities there. The cook is excellent and mom meets very special friends every day for meals. The staff is wonderful! They are very kind, caring and provide excellent care. I would highly recommend the Sylvan Crossing Assisted Living community to all my family and friends. They have given us a sense of security knowing that our Mom is safe, well taken care of and is happy!

This community keeps a clean healthy environment. My friend thinks the food is fine. I have had nothing but positive results from the staff. They offer daily activities and I would recommend this community.

Everything is working out very well for my mother here at this community. We are very satisfied with everything they have done for us. It is a good stable community. She has adjusted very well to it. A place for mom was great with all the help they provided. A lovely experience so far.

My husband is doing much better since moving into this community. Paula the director is so helpful and willing to work with us. The activities director is also great and they help keep him active. The food is good and I cannot say enough about how beautiful this community is. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Sylvan Crossings in Westshire Village is absolutely charming! Upon touring the facility, we found the outside grounds to be very inviting, safe, and comfortable for the residents to enjoy. The inside of the facility was extremely well maintained, spacious, safe, easily accessible for wheelchairs in all areas, and odor free. The staff were very friendly, engaged with the residents, and the environment was calm with structure. Safety features were visible and easily acknowledged by staff, residents, and visitors. There was an honesty and strong sense of pride and genuine caring that emanated from the contacts who assisted us through our tour. We were very impressed and felt very positive about our experience. We will be making decisions very soon.

The staff at Sylvan Crossings has always been very friendly and helpful in all our dealings with them. They go out of their way to make sure our resident is safe. The smaller size of the facility makes it better for a resident suffering from dementia.

Even though there were health issues that came up before her move they were excellent with help & caring for her. The staff has been very caring & supportive to us. They were also very helpful in getting us set up with hospice. We are very happy with everything here.
