My moms experience has been very good at Brookdale. She hasn't been there very long so maybe come back and ask me in about 6 months but for now, she's doing well. It's also important to note that she's not in the memory care unit. So my responses are for the general assisted living section. I believe where my mom is now at Brookdale, we do still have to pay if she ends up up in the hospital.

Yes, I wish there were regular updates from the nurses as to mom's condition. Lately we have found her very confused and I don't know who to call to ask about a more clinical assessment or observation. They are not communicative with the family.

My mom has been enjoying her stay at brookdale. We can see improvements in her eating habits and demeanor. Staff is pleasant and willing to engage with mom. We are thankful . They play games have monthly dinners with family. Staff always have a smile on their face

It has definitely been a good fit for my family. The staff is very responsive and helpful. My dad seems to be very happy at the facility and it has been a good fit for him. There doesn't seem to be many activities for the memory care side. I have seen some crafts but every time I visit it feels like they are all just sitting in front of the TV.

I just love the Brookdale Wilton community. They took wonderful care of my Mother in Law. The staff was always very friendly. She really enjoyed living there. I had also recommended them for a relative's mother.

We picked this community, because of the transparency in pricing, attitude of the staff, services offered, community size, Unit layout. Brookdale was very upfront about their pricing, there was no bait and switch that we experienced with the other places we considered.

It is hard to make a move like this, but Brookdale Wilton was instantly a good fit for me. The entire staff from the top managers to all the workers make a welcoming atmosphere. Very professional and personal.

The carpeting and furniture could use some updating, as it is worn in the common areas. Overall the community is very clean. The staff are very friendly and have a homey feel to them. The staff communication with the family is very good and their response is excellent. There are three meals a day served, and there are choices for the residents to choose from. There is room for improvement for the quality of food served. The community is accommodating for dietary restrictions.

We love the smallness of the community and we could not of asked for a better place for our loved one. The friendliness of the staff gets higher then 5 stars they are absolutely wonderful we cannot speak highly enough about them. Our loved one seems to really enjoy the meals and dining service and since they do not participate in activities we aren't really sure what all they have. We would definitely recommend the Brookdale WIlton community to other families.

This place is the worst facility you can bring your loved ones to. All the people there do not really care about the well-being of the patients. They suck you in like you were going to a car dealership but once your loved one is already in, they don't really take care of them at all. The staff do not bother to look at patients on a regular basis (leaving them by themselves most of the time) and they do not respond to your inquiries / concerns. My family decided to pull my sister-in-law out of this place not long after she stayed there for several months.

Brookdale has more of a homey feeling to it. There are always things going on, my dad does not participate in any of the activities but they are definitely there. I stayed with my dad and I thought the food was really good, they do have a menu to choose from for each meal. The staff are very straight forward when they tell you about things and have been super friendly. The head nurse is the best and my dad really has taken a liking to her. The executive director is also very good and does a good job running the facility. I would recommend Brookdale Wilton others who are looking.

I am off to a new adventure but before I go, here is my account. Brookdale Wilton is a very sweet community. It’s more of a family style, very comfortable place to live for seniors needing assistance or memory care. With the new chef the food is incredibly delicious. The executive directors is one of the most caring executive directors I have seen in my nine years being in this profession. He leads a team of true compassion. The Director of nursing is the best I’ve also seen, completely professional and medically strict which keeps the residence safe. The care is phenomenal and because it is a small community, it is easily managed with attention and personalized service. The activities are fine but not all residents participate so that still needs to be figured out. Several of the staff members have had their own parents live in this community which speaks volumes. I will visit and I will continue to recommend Brookdale Wilton to both my personal and professional friends.

Our family had an in person tour and the community itself was very clean, but for some reason we just did not get that feeling that this was the place for our loved one. The lady giving us the tour gave us a lot of information, but she was to much about sales and a little pushy. She also bad mouthed another community which we did not appreciate, and it seemed more like they cared about reputation then our loved ones needs.

Brookdale Wilton lied to us. They drew up an agreement plan with promises to us with a certain rent and accommodations and then after we met with them, everything changed. The agreement was totally changed, the rent was almost double what they promised and it was a horrible experience.

The community has been fine. Due to the pandemic the community I would recommend this community to others. There was a problem with bed bugs. Brookdale did resolve this situation. The annoying part of this experience, was the director would never call me back. The director did contact me regularly when trying to transition my loved one into the community. [name removed] is great at communicating with me. She has been terrific in regards to assisting me with my loved one. I would give her an A+ in regards to communication and friendliness.
