<p>The Pointe at Kilpatrick is a <em>supportive living facility</em>, which in the state of Illinois is a residential setting which offers elderly persons (65 and older) or persons with physical disabilities (22 and older) home and community-based services as an alternative to nursing facility placement. The facility can provide intermittent nursing care, 24-hour response/security, health promotion, and more. </p>
