At The Ridge Pinehurst, you can get to know other residents, move your body, try something new, and get involved in activities.</p>
<h3>Living Arrangements</h3>
<p>The Ridge Pinehurst offers residents studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, or semi-private apartments to call home. These spacious and sunlit apartments offer wheelchair-accessible showers, Wi-Fi, kitchenettes, fireplaces, private patios, cable or satellite TV, and air conditioning. Some units are located on the ground floor, feature full kitchens, or are available for respite stays.</p>
<h3>Care Types Offered</h3>
<p>The Ridge Pinehurst is an <em>assisted living residence</em>, which in the state of Colorado is a residential facility which provides personal services, protective oversight, social care due to impaired capacity to live independently, and 24 hour supervision (but not to the extent that regular 24-hour medical nursing care is required). Assisted living residences may also provide care to no more than 16 elderly persons who are mentally ill.</p>
