The apartments are big and each one has a private patio or balcony. This is nice since we enjoy great weather so much of the year. It is also a nice option for people on ALTCS - clean and comfortable with great care. The staff is professional and kind. This is a gem in the East Valley.

Charming downtown Mesa location. Very friendly staff. You can tell they take pride in caring for the residents. We have had a wonderful experience at this community.

We toured this community for care. The staff were nice and friendly. They offer alot of healthy meals with a good variety. The staff were able to answer the questions we had on the care that is offered. We like the clean community and the activities that are offered. We would highly recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

My father is a resident at Syringa Place in Twin Falls. He is 89 years young and in relatively good health, still able to take care of himself, but starting to lose his eyesight. When he decided it was time to move into a senior living facility we researched several in our area, but were most impressed with Syringa. My daughter worked as a CNA while attending nursing classes, in just about all of the local care centers in Twin Falls. After touring Syringa she stated "it was by far the nicest one she had seen." The management and staff are friendly and helpful. Because it is a smaller facility, in comparison to others we looked at, there is plenty of interaction between staff and residents. Meals are always on time and food is good. Laundry and cleaning are timely and well done.

This is a great place! There are good people here who take great care of my loved one! The facility is very clean. The dining area is also great, as it looks like a little restaurant when you go in. Overall, we are pleased with my loved one's stay!

We moved Mom to Aurora Place from one of the big name assisted living places. She is so happy at Aurora, out doing activities and making friends and socializing again. The building and grounds are always very clean and well maintained. Meals are wonderful and served in a dining room with linen tablecloths and napkins! They have an RN on staff 24/7, (most places only have an LPN) and Aurora's caregivers are very friendly and truly care for the residents in their care. The building is 1 story so no worries about stair or elevator accidents. Aurora Place is an assisted living hidden gem in Apache Junction.

I like the care that my mother is getting from the nice staff. We found the community to always be clean and maintained. The menu is appealing and she is please with the variety. I really liked this community and I would have choose them if they were more close for the family. I was a smaller facility and it looked really nice.

This is a nice community. The staff is excellent. My husband is very happy. I like knowing that he is taken care of when I am gone and he is very pleased. He is happy with the nice menu. They offer activities for the residents to participate. I would highly recommend this community to other families for good care.

The staff have all been wonderful and have provided my mother with excellent quality of care. They made the transition for her easy and have provided her with a comfortable and safe living environment. I like that it feels just like home and everyone is so pleasant including the residents. They always give me feedback when I come to visit and make sure to keep in good communication with my family and I. Overall everything is great I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

This is a nice community .We did like the tour and the staff. The community was clean and the variety of the meals are appealing. We are thinking aboout moving are mother into this community for care. We liked what they have to offer. The activiites would be helpful for my mom .We suggest others tour this community for the care of a loved one.

This community was great but they could not accept my mother-in-law based on her care needs. I appreciated their honesty.

My mother-in-law can have high cares needs at times and they go above and beyond to make her most comfortable. If she is not in a good mood they are so gracious with her. [Removed], at the front desk, asks how they can make her more comfortable. She asks her likes and dislikes so they can provide her truly individualized care.

It has been gong well so far. My mom is happy here. My sibling toured the community and liked the atmosphere. It looks nice and open with an aviary area and some cats that like to hang out with the residents. She loves animals. The activities director has been great and they have been very accommodating with her meals for her diabetes. The first thing I noticed was the cost, the price is reasonable.

My loved one was perfectly satisfied with this facility. It was a comfortable place for my loved one to reside while in respite care. The staff was very friendly. We had a very pleasant experience with Brookdale Prescott!
