We moved my mother in on May 10th and could not be happier with Emerald Bay. They have by far exceeded our expectations regarding health care, personal attention and genuine concern for my mother's well being. [Removed] and her staff are wonderful to work with- experienced, professionals who care for their residents.

My father stayed here for respite and it was a good experience. They accommodated us during his emergency move in and were very helpful.I would recommend them.

We were only at Sunridge for less than 2 weeks but the facility and staff were great. They were very personable Valarie and John are personable and friendly. We did not encounter one bad experience.

My mother is still adjusting to this community, but so far everything is going well. She is enjoying her time here, and I'am satisfied. It is a nice and clean community, they do a very good job with the cleanliness. They have a very good staff, they are very helpful and kind. There activities offered for the residents. She likes the food, the meals are nice. She is eating better now since her move here. I know she in being cared for well and I would recommend this community.

John was absolutely fabulous - made us feel very comfortable in such a stressful time. He answers all our questions in a professional manner. We visited 5 facilities and were most pleased with Sunridge at Cielo Vista. Since our parents have moved in, all concerns have been addressed and my parents feel safe and secure there. thank you so much - only child/living out of state makes it difficult.

Our experience with Emerald Bay Retirement Community has been a very positive one, so far. The staff is excellent, and they do a great job looking after the residents. We're very satisfied with our choice.

Top ratings all around at Emerald Bay. The facility is very nice. The staff is very friendly. Everyone is very caring. The food is great. The care is good. It has been an all around good experience here.

This is just a very nice place overall, I'd give them top marks across the board! The staff are all wonderful! They're very friendly and they seem to take great care of the people that live here! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they have a good variety of activities to keep the residents engaged and entertained.

You may think I work there but it's really that good. He's been there since early June and even he said it's better than when he was living with me for the last 3 years. The people are nice, the community is nice, he's made it a home now. He really likes it in the sense there are different people there to assist him, he goes to the zoo, he goes shopping, he feels independent so he likes it. I looked around and I was really against the idea of "sending him away" but this is probably one of the best facilties, it looks better than a hotel. They really answered a prayer because they keep me in the loop and it's so close. What really drew me to this was the hallways were wide, it didn't feel like a nursing home, everything's big, there's a lot of natural light, the cielings are about 9 ft tall. I loved the facility and that's what drew me to it, now, being around for awhile I like the people. They are so caring, they're so overly cautious because they really care about my dad and that's what you really want. I love how they make him eat with the community and go through the process of managing his meds. I could see myself being there!

We all love it here at Emerald Bay. It is a very nice community. My mother has adjusted well and really likes it here so far. The community is well kept and very nice and clean. Staff here is great and very accommodating to her. Most of the food is excellent and overall this is a positive environment for your loved. I would recommend this community.

My brothers and sisters and I are most pleased with the care and concern my 91 yr old Mother is recieveing at Angelus Village. We needed to place her in a safe enviroment in a short amount of time and the directors and staff were very accommodating to accomplish this task. Their care and concern for her well being helped her adjust to the changes she is faceing in her life. The facility is beautiful and welcoming and my mothers apartment is the perfect size to place her own furniture and belongings around her to have it feel and look like Home. I can't say enough about the staff and their friendliness and help in getting my mother involved in the meals, activities and helping her fit in with the rest of the residents. I highly recommend Angelus Village as a safe and caring home to place your elderly loved one as they find it difficult to live alone.

I think they are doing a very good job. She loves the food, and is adjusting well. The staff is exceptional, they are very friendly and attentive. It has been difficult for her to make a lot of social connections, as a lot of the residents are at a different level of care than what she is. It can be hard to get used to having someone pop in and check on her. Overall it's going well, they have very good state regulatory ratings. One thing that has been difficult is that as part of the orientation, they came and explained the lifeline system, and she thought only to use it for emergency reasons, but they told her if she needs anything to push the button. When she tried that they sent out EMS, and she quit using it. There needs to be a way for a resident to easily communicate with the staff.

I cannot say enough about the staff at Sunridge @ Cielo Vista. They have gone above and beyond not only helping us through this very difficult process but also very acomidating and willing to talk to me any time I call requesting updates on my loved one.

The staff there at Sunridge at Cielo Vista has been very very accommodating for me and my brothers,. I call frequently to inquire about how my father is doing, and they have been very patient and informative. They have very helpful. The only thing I can think of where they might could improve would be that the transition would have been a little easier for us to handle if the memory care unit was as nice as the assisted living side.

We love and so does my motherinlaw, its clean, dectorated very nice, staff are very friendly, and it is a very calm place. We are very happy with our choice.<br /> Thank You<br />

The staff is really friendly and helpful they always greet you and really try to help. The food is pretty good and my husband doesn’t complain about it, he actually call it the restaurant. They offer a really good variety and if there is nothing on the menu that you want to order then they have the option of making sandwiches. When I visited this community I really felt like the layout of the community would encourage my husband to get more interaction with others. John and a nurse came to my house to meet my husband and they really made him feel like he would be comfortable in Sunridge. They were just so helpful and understanding. The only down fall is that when you push the assist button they answer the intercom immediately but takes them a couple of moments to actually arrive.

It's a very nice place. We picked this community because it seemed like a nice fit. I would recommend to others.

I feel comfortable and safe leaving my loved one here. My loved one is able to be more social and they are enjoying their time here. Movies, celebrations, happy hour, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from. The community was short staffed; however, they are bringing in more staff to assist with the care of the residents.

Emerald Bay was really nice and it was a good tour. They wanted to put mom into the memory care side of the facility right off the bat and we did not agree with them.
