Without being able to personally visit the facility, rating is complicated. But [name removed] was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the Cambria looks to be very well equipped to handle residents at any stage of activity. It's also very attractive, we like the studio and "alcove" layouts. Plus we are encouraged by their scrupulous precautions to protect residents during the COVID-19 crisis. While we have not made a decision, we'd feel confident entrusting our family to this facility.

Tour was OK. Arrived and found that [name removed] was on vacation. A lady named [name removed] showed me around. Seemed like staff knew all residents and called them by name. Facility was OK - stated they were getting ready to remodel. Got a folder with information.

This was a very good option for mother. They had the best response to my question about how to keep my mother from falling. They try to keep their residents in common areas and not their rooms so they have eyes on them all the time. This was very evident during my visit. [name removed] toured me around and she was very impressive and seemed to be a driving force for why this facility was doing so well. They are full with a waiting list, but did hae one studio for my mother. My only concern with this facility is driving distance. They are located west of Green Bay and I live on the far east side and I really did not want a drive of this distance to see mom.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. They had a nice open floor plan that was easy to navigate for all of the residents as well great amenities. My father was just not ready to make the move in the end decision and decided to just stay home.

For the tour I scheduled the staff were on time and ready to go. It was a fine community and the staff I meet with were nice. We found that we liked another community better.

The marketing director I met during my tour was nice, knowledgeable and understanding. I liked this community, however the receptionist did not seem happy to be there. The community was clean.

Sunridge at Cielo Vista is a very nice place overall. It is clean and well kept, and the staff are friendly. I like that they really let the residents be themselves and take things at their own pace.

They do a great job at Sunridge at Cielo Vista! The staff are wonderful! They're very kind, soft-spoken, and really seem to care about and pay attention to the residents. They're very on top of things when it comes to care, and they'll always let me know in advance if my loved one is about to run out of any particular supplies. It's a very calming, relaxing place, and she has become much less anxious since moving in, which really does my heart good to see!

It was not easy to convince my father that it was time to leave his house after 40 years and move into an assisted living facility. However, I feel that he is gradually adjusting to life at Sunridge. The staff is friendly, the meals are nutritious and his room is large enough to allow us to move his furniture in to help him feel more at home. There is a range of activities to provide the residents with some physical and mental diversions. While we were visiting for Thanksgiving, I convinced Dad to go see a group of singers in the dining room. Not only did he enjoy it, I watched him sing along with great glee. That showed me that we had made a good decision.

Close to Macy's, Landrys, and Joanns. Locations Mama Likes to frequent.

My dad is here in this clean and well kept up community. The staff is nice and helpful. He said the food is good but needs a little improvement. He joins in on the daily activities like balloon volley ball. The garden area is well maintained.

I have looked at a few assisted living options and Sunridge at Cambria is doing a great job. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide a lot of activities for the residents. They keep the place pretty tidy.

They were short staffed, and sometimes it took a long time for someone to come, when my loved one pressed the button for help. [name removed]in this kitchen was good with the residents, and made them feel at home. [name removed] did a good job with the activites. They decided not to take Medicaid anymore which was our biggest issue, and reason why we left.

Our intake coordinator was excellent at Simpatico. The tour was good, but there was not as much room for residents to walk around and do activities in the memory care side than we would have liked to see. We wanted our loved one to have plenty of space.

We had a virtual tour with Simpatico East and I was not overly impressed with how it looked. It is a larger facility which we did not think our loved one would like. The administrative staff here are wonderful.

Sunridge at Cambria is a very nice facility, but a larger environment than what I want for my 87 year old mother. I think my mother also needs a little smaller population so she would not feel intimidated and lost in the crowd (in her own perspective). [Name removed], the marketing director, was very helpful and very sweet.

This community had two floors, no elevators and I did not feel this was the right place for my husband. I do not think I was shown the memory care unit when I visited this place. The staff were nice and the community seemed clean.

We toured this place when we were searching for options, or at least we tried to. Even though we had scheduled the tour ahead of time, they didn't know we were coming and were unprepared. It was also further than we wanted to be. All in all it was quite disappointing.

It's fairly clean. But cleaning the apartment used to be part of the deal. Now they're saying the apartment isn't going to be cleaned once a week like it was before, because they're short of staff. And we've noticed our loved one's apartment smells now. We would expect them to reduce the rate or up their standards since we're paying for this service. The staff are very friendly though. Bobby in the dining room is a really top-notch guy and is really good with the residents. They have good activities, and our loved one is excited about the church services. They held a nice Mother's Day event in May. [name removed], the activities director, is awesome. However, the care could be improved, specifically regarding response times to call buttons. They're not answering the call buttons within 15 minutes like they say they do. I know nationwide there is a shortage of workers, including here at Emerald Bay. And it make me upset that there is no reduction in cost when we're receiving reduced quality of service.
