This is a very nice community. The community wasn't able to provide the care my loved one needed.

Greystone Farm at Salem is a warm and friendly environment. It's a mix between a home atmosphere and a corporate organization.

They were as a group very in tune to all patients and residence. Very friendly and involved with anyone. They have a lot of events for residence and maybe they can encourage them more to get more participation. We picked this community because, they specialized in Alzheimer's and Dementia.

The staff is caring and welcoming. Our community is clean and the food is yummy! This is my home. I stay busy with our programs and live entertainment.

I toured this community and it was very nice. It's an older facility, so not as modern and updated. But still very clean and nice. They were great about following up with me after my tour, also.

Everyone from administration to employees cares so much and personally gets to know you and your family member. They are easy to communicate with, respond quickly, and are eager to help with anything.

We toured Bedford Falls, as well as several other places, and I thought they were all really good. They were very similar to one another. The people I met and interacted with were great. They were very helpful and very informative. And it was obvious that they care about what they do and the people that they serve.

We toured The Atrium at Drum Hill, as well as several other places, and I thought they were all really good. They were very similar to one another. The people I met and interacted with were great. This facility is wonderful. My loved one initially didn't want to go into Assisted Living, but they made him feel right at home here. The staff made it an easy transition. The staff here were wonderful. They were very professional, helpful, and always responsive. Housekeeping was good. Communication with the family was great. All around, this facility was excellent. I'd recommend them to anybody.

This has been a good experience. They take great care of my loved one. The staff communication has been great with the family when we have questions. Some of the care they provide is medication management, dressing and bathing assistance.

EVERYONE is so nice and helpful, from the nurses to house keeping to the receptionist to the dining staff! Lots of activities everyday, very caring nurses & aids. Entertainment at least Once a week. I highly recommend this facility!!!

The Branches of Marlboro is a beautiful community, it is so nice and clean and everything is easily accessible for the residents. We love the layout of the community is very convenient to get from one place to the other. The staff members are so friendly, so helpful and always cheerful. The meals started out to be really good but the quality has gone down some - the service is great but sometimes the meals are served cold and occasionally they have some odd choices. Our loved one has been really happy so far and she loves playing bingo several times a week and there is musical entertainment quite often. This community is overall quality living for seniors .

We had a great tour and thought Coachman Square was a beautiful facility. It was very large and they had a lot of great amenities and activities offered for the residents. I did notice that most residents I saw had a private aid with them which made me nervous because I know how expensive that is. I did not think the staff to resident ratio was adequate.

The interaction with the staff has been positive. We picked this community, because we felt comfortable with the staff and it was a good location. It's been a positive experience. I would recommend to other families.

We were extremely satisfied with this facility. My loved one received top quality care, we couldn't have asked for any better. The staff was wonderful. I've never met such nice people. They are a great group here. The food was very good. My loved one wasn't able to participate in any of the activities, so I can't rate that one. But I can say that they seemed to have things going on all the time and it looked like the residents were enjoying themselves. Housekeeping was great. Communication with the family was excellent and they always answered when I called. This facility was just excellent. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends. I'm saving up to be able to live here when my time comes!

We had a good tour at The Village at Brookfield Common. I thought it was an excellent facility and on an even par with the other places that we toured. Because they were all so similar to one another, my family member simply chose based on her preferred location.

My family member is very happy with the activities and with the care she's getting at The Village. The facility itself is excellent. They could just improve on the food (she would like to see better quality).
