5+ in all categories. Can't say enough about them. [name removed] and her staff are wonderful. [name removed] was loved and loved them back. Very happy 6 years for her there.

It's probably the least expensive place in the area, but definitely needs work. The transportation isn't always dependable. You have to be at the dining room as soon as they open 11:30 and 4:30 because they will run out of food. The Sunday buffet really isn't geared for people with IBS or other food issues. The apartments are a nice size. Housekeeping seems to keep the apartment clean. The laundry service for towels and sheets is great. Turnover of staff and the vacant positions is probably the same for many places.

Staff are very friendly. I think the facility does particularly well with their meals and activities provided. I would definitely recommend The Bridge at Hickory Woods to others.

This is the third assisted living i have been in. My apartment is larger then my last one and a year after being here I am paying less per month. The chef here is great and has a great variety of menu items.

Cherry Creek retirement Village is a great place to live. The residents are very friendly and look out for one another. The staff from the Director on down are very friendly and very accommodating. Cherry Creek retirement Village is also very pet friendly

The staff at The Abbewood are very kind and friendly. They know their residents and look out for them. If anything comes up that concerns them about my mom, they call or text me. The food is very good. I've eaten there several times plus they have "family dinners" every so often which are very nice. It gives us caregivers a chance to meet other residents and their caregivers. I would highly recommend The Abbewood to anyone looking for a place for their loved one. [Names removed] are both wonderful and so very helpful with anything you need.

The facility has activities for the residents to stay active. The dining room staff caters to each person that has special requests My mother was well taken care of until she passed away. The staff was courteous and respectful

In the short time I have been in Garden Plaza I have found the cuisine and staff to be excellent. Every one is very nice and friendly. The food is very tasty and there is a variety to choose from, They cater to your needs and make sure you are comfortable. The Sunday Brunch is out of this world, what a variety of foods and service is excellent. By the way great coffee and desserts. I would recommend Garden Plaza to anyone.

The nurses were amazing especially the head nurse [name removed] was really in touch and cared for everyone so well. It would be nice to see more arts & crafts for the residents. My mom hated bingo. We chose the Bridge because it was an all inclusive for care levels verses specific care levels that could increase the payments. That and that fact that it was smaller and a little more intimate but not too small.

Staff is super friendly, value for the money is outstanding compared to other facilities in the area. Room size and furniture are 10 times better than the previous facility she was in that cost twice as much!!! The staff is very attentive to her needs. Highly recommend!!!

They have been amazing She has gone from a level 4 to level 2 care .. she is doing so much better. For 1/2 the price The nursing staff is wonderful Also I had allot of issues with her prior facility submitting the forms for her long term care policy it was a monthly hassle Since been at Andover Court I have not had 1 issue They submit them correctly and quickly so her reimbursements come in like clock work Her room is nicer and they keep it spotless And Chef [name removed] is fabulous My only wish is that they took Medicaid

I think they are all tops. I can't participate in all activities because l have cervical/spinal stenosis which makes me have weak legs. So l can't participate in all activities! You are free to choose what you want. You can share a problem if you have one. No big complaints.

I picked The Bridge because I liked it better. Most people do that. I didn't have lots of options with the nursing care Mom required. And the Bear Creek location was not desirable for most visitors for Mom. Good for Broadmoor peeps but too far for us northerner's.

The meals they are working on. Staff is fantastic. The facility is safe and clean. The move in process went wonderful. We used the Moving Seniors. They were great. I would definitely recommend the facility.

Very friendly people and anxious to know you. Good atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Certain ones more than others, but society is like that too. Be friendly and usually everyone is receptive to it. I am satisfied with the status quo and no real problems.

Very Happy with our choice with The Bridge at Ocala. Very happy with everything. Great people, attentive care, and according to my father--good food, too.

I like the location and the price is less than other places I visited. The facility is kept up nicely and is rather quiet. They have regular activities. The care director stays on top of getting them to Dr appointments and making sure they have everything they need. Everything has been great so far. Care services has gone above and beyond to accommodate his needs.

All the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The building is very clean and inviting. We were in touch with the staff every step of the way, making the whole experience top notch. The variety of food is plentiful and there were options available for super picky eaters. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay for a loved one. Knowing mom or dad has a beautiful clean place to live where they are well cared for is a peace of mind that is immeasurable.

Primary reason we chose Mayfair Village was the price; Mom got a furnished 1 bedroom w/ kitchenette for half the price of the previous location she was staying with no kitchenette and not as nice furniture...need to note that the staff is really great and responsive to concerns also. It has been a load off of my mind knowing she is in good hands...

What our family likes the most about the Garden Plaza of Aurora is the friendliness of the staff members, the overall cleanliness of the community as well as the affordability. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.
