I thought Cedarhurst of Madison was very very nice. There was a receptionist right when you walk in (not all places have that). The person who gave us the tour was well known and friendly with all of the residents. And she gave me a lot of hints and tips, even though my mother couldn’t go there due to her condition.

Linden at Woodbridge is a great relaxing place not only for independent senior living but also for loved ones who lost their memory. Staff is competent and friendly, APRN visits weekly and available on call 7 days a week. Linden provides Person-Centered Care, with its guiding principle in place, loved ones can always expect to get care that is centered on their individual needs. Linden Practice Ethics at All Times. It operates with a great foundation of trust and principles of care include choice, dignity, independence, partnership, privacy, respect, rights, safety, equality and inclusion, and confidentiality.

Having your loved one need this type of care is such a hard thing to go through. All the staff there did their very best, and I think they did well caring for my loved one.

The Linden at Woodbridge gave us a great tour. It is a chain facility - so therefore the food was not very good. The choices were limited and the specials looked more like TV dinner type things. It was a beautiful facility, but we were looking for a place that had a special program for Parkinson's.

I toured this facility and really liked it. The people and the atmosphere seemed really nice. The only downfall was that the apartments seemed small for 2 people. I think they're a good size for 1 person, but a little too small for 2. If it wasn't for the apartment size, we would have chosen this facility.

This community stood out above all others we toured. It was clean, lively, everyone we came in contact with greeted us. Alot of residents were out and seemed to be very happy and engaged. They have many people working there that have been there many, many years. I think this makes a huge difference in the atmosphere. It was very family oriented and inviting. We will be touring again with more family later in the month.

What stands out to us about this facility is the family feel. The facility actually cares about their clients and their families. They offer plenty of activities and make sure their guests are comfortable and happy. They provide housekeeping and are one of the cleanest facilities I've seen. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I toured this community and it was nice, clean, and everyone was friendly. It was fairly economical, compared to others in the area. They only had a Studio available and the bedroom area in the studio just seemed too small.

Charter Senior Living of Annapolis was great. We loved our experience and would recommend it to anybody who has a loved one that is in late stages of dementia. This is truly the appropriate facility to help handle loved ones in those late stages. The staff is so kind and caring, and they welcome family involvement in making sure your loved ones are properly taken care of in their state.

They did a great job getting our family member a spot and have doe great working with a difficult person. They are friendly to the residents and the family. Very well looked after. He is not easy. They are firm but flexible. A wonderful head chef who seems to know all the residents, there likes and dislikes. Our resident seems to like the food. They have lots of activities and find ways to get most involved. The overall value was very reasonable

We love Cedar Creek of Shiloh. It was a very easy process getting my mom in there and getting her set up. Everyone was extremely helpful to make sure all of our questions were answered. And her needs are all being met.

In the short time that we've experienced Cedar Creek of Shiloh, we've found it to be a really nice place. The staff is very friendly, and they keep the place nice and clean. I'm satisfied with the service so far.

Excellent staff, caring for residents in a great way. Clean facility, wonderful activity for residents- highly recommend.

This is the place that feels most like family. Beautiful and clean, but most importantly, everyone here is so welcoming and warm. I have been to other communities and lived in other states, but this place is head and shoulders the best I have experienced.

I was in need of care for my mother. Charter and it's staff has provided a safe and friendly environment for her. I am very happy with the overall care and concern shown for my mother. Every staff member I've interacted with has been both friendly and professional.

We do not know what the future holds, but we do know that Residences at Wellpoint is our choice should our family member(s) choose to move to Senior Living. We are grateful to have a plan in place!
