The Ranch was great! It's a very nicely laid out two -story building with a large dining room and a theater and other various rooms for activities. It also has a memory care in the same building. Vintage Park, A Good Place for My Mom
My mom is a resident at Vintage Park at Hiawatha and overall things have been great. As for the friendliness/staff, one of the aides is rude but the rest are wonderful. Mom is a very picky eater, but the meals that I've had were hot, fresh and tasty. As for the activities, the movies tend to be geared towards 20 somethings. Not sure why. There are lots of opportunities for inside/outside activities, though.

Overall friendly community
The meals that are prepared for us here leave a little to be desired sometimes, but the overall value for cost is good. Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families.
