WE made the best decision moving our mother to The Cottages at Park Terrace. Staff is so warm and attentive. My Mom enjoys the food and desserts offered. The Cottages design is very unique and we never have to worry that our mother wont be seen. Lots of open space to walk in secured courtyard. Kind, loving staff.

I love this place. Much emphasis is given by the property management team to assure we he plenty of opportunity to socialize. Getting together is always a highlight of our daily lives

Making a move to a Senior Community isn’t easy, but it can be rewarding. I started by visiting several in the areas near family in So California. I preferred that it be smaller, with Independent care that could add on additional services as needed. Park Terrace offered this and more. The staff has become like family. Very caring and attentive to the residents needs. I feel very much at home here. I have lovely neighbors, a very comfortable apartment and lots of activities to keep me busy. Park Terrace is adjacent to a large park which is great for walking. The park also has an amphitheater with evening concerts in the summer…….I can listen from my balcony. I like the fact Park Terrace is only two stories, built around two courtyards, with many trees and views of the nearby hills, yet only a few blocks from shopping and restaurants.

My mom is super happy there. She's so glad she decided to move to a facility. I took off a point for activities because they've been down a driver for a while which has limited their outings. The value for cost is tough, these places are all pretty expensive, but you get what you pay for .

My Mom has been at The Arboretum at Woodland Terrace for about a year and a half. She struggles with dementia which is a hard and sad disease to watch. My sisters and I are so thankful for the supportive care that she has received in her time at Woodland Terrace. The staff listens to our concerns and strives to help us when we are dealing with issues that are come with dementia. They are also encouraging and patient when dealing with Mom. I appreciative the ways they try to engage residents, how they offer outings, as well as activities on site. I also appreciate the support they offer to the families of the residents. It has also been a comfort, even on the hard days, to know my Mom is safe and well cared for.

The staff members are so friendly just from top to bottom - we have never come across someone that is not superior with their friendliness and helpfulness. They are constantly smiling and just saying hello to everyone coming and going. There are more activities at this community then our loved one can keep up with, there will never be a moment where the residents are feeling bored - that is not allowed. They have such a large variety of things to do, nothing is repetitive at all. The food there is phenomenal - every time our loved one goes to eat a meal she says its like going to a super nice restaurant. She is incredible happy there and finally has that sense of independence and freedom. Based on our experience we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

This has been the best thing my loved one has done and a great move. The staff are wonderful! The management really cares about the employees and this reflects on how they care for the residents. This is a happy place, friendly, and they have tenured staff which speaks volumes to the families. The staff communication with the family is very good. There are three meals provided a day to the residents and there are choices to choose from. Poker, movies, bingo, happy hour, and more are some of the activities offered for the residents to participate in. The community encourages new activities for the residents to participate in as well.

It was great experience. The staff worked very well with me, and they were very patient with my mother. Like a lot of elderly people, she had trouble moving and making the transition. She was very afraid. They treated her with the utmost care and respect through the whole process, which I greatly appreciated, and that is to their credit dealing with a difficult situation so well. She now enjoys Heritage Greens very much. For other families considering a move for their loved one, know that the initial difficulty in the beginning generally levels off. My mother is adjusting quite well, and I appreciate that they assigned people to work with her. They have Legacy there to help evaluate her emotional state. Not only is it physical therapy, but it's also a lot of emotional support. She has responded very well to that, and I believe it has helped her. Overall I give Heritage Greens an A+ and am very pleased with them.
