Mom moved here a few months ago. The reflections community is well managed with caring staff members. The memory care residents interact with the assisted living community regularly and they board a bus for field trips as well. Mom was able to join a walking group. They keep her active with puzzles, games and other activities, Our family is happy to know she is well cared for

Highly recommend. We felt at home, which is why we picked them.

The place is clean and the staff is friendly and most of all they treat the residents with respect. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

The Ivy provides a loving & caring environment for its residents & families. Our initial tour of this community convinced me that this would be a good place for mom. Mom moved in with a great deal of trepidation and resistance making her transition (and ours) difficult, however the staff worked with her with respect and patience to help her adjust. The Ivy provides an "aging in place" for their residents. This was one of the things that sold me on this facility though I knew that we would have to bring in private aides to assist in providing the additional one on one care she would need. We were guided by the Ivy staff to a highly reputable outside agency. The agency staff and Ivy staff worked in concert to provide mom with the best of care. The next step was hospice unfortunately, but we were counseled and guided by Ivy to a reputable agency with whom they worked well with. I can't say enough about the support, guidance, love and respect we received from all involved

It was professional, yet homey. The staff treated Mom kindly, patiently, respectfully. They met her right where she was. Mom never complained about being there. I'm very thankful we found The Arbors at Taunton! I would highly recommend!

I was always getting quick replies via email whenever I had a question about adding money or if my MIL needed something. Also ongoing communication with onsite staff during visits. Room size was comfortable refrigerator, microwave and stove top available. Need to provide all linens but they do the laundry

I rate them all 5's. Right from the help I received from your organization through ever aspect at the Arbor's. I think the Arbor's is a fantastic facility and the staff was outstanding going above and beyond to help my Mom adjust to the move and to help her during her stay. Everyone I encountered from the Management to the Kitchen Staff and especially the Nurses and Aids consistently demonstrated that they really cared about the residents

The staff at The Arbors at Amherst are professional and caring. The food is excellent tasting, well prepared and very appealing. Everyone who works at the facility greets you with a smile. We arrived one day while they were playing bingo and they invited my granddaughters to play. They enjoyed themselves and everyone was happy to have young smiling faces playing with them. My mom is now engaged, happy, participating in games and socializing. My granddaughter visited and said that this place is so clean and it smells great.

The staff are incredible. They understand dementia and approach each resident individually and highlights their strengths and interests. My aunt is happy, comfortable and among friends.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping is excellent, they are right on top of things. Communication with family could be better, there are no regular updates from Nursing, you have to ask. The move in process was very smooth, we had no issues. I would recommend the facility to others.

My father is on the memory care unit: The staff is very willing to talk and listen to families. The activities staff try's hard to keep those who are able, active and involved in activities throughout the day. If a resident needs to rest or take a nap, they understand. The staff is well trained in working with dementia residents and know how to redirect and calm a situation if need be without embarrassing the resident. I feel my father is safe and well cared for. My only issue has been communicating to my siblings and I when he needs more supplies; or clothing, in his case, has become too small. Luckily one of us is usually there at least once a month, as we all live out of state.

my mom hasn't engaged in much since activities are not her thing. our loved one does complain about the meals. However, the tour was very helpful & in depth. The apartment is lovely although very hot ; no AC in the winter. Little noise, nicely decorated, friendly & helpful staff.

They are amazing!!! The staff...even those I don't know are so welcoming and sweet. I'm there every day, so most know me, but those who don't act they know me for years. The hug and comfort mom all the time, they welcome me, our dog, my children and offer us dinner and snacks to eat with mom. The place is beautiful and clean, calm and full of activities . I would recommend them to ANYONE! When I am in need, I will be moving here. they make it feel like it's MY home! My 9 year old loves being there!

We took a tour of The Abors at Taunton during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. We liked this facility very much! The price was much better than some of the other facilities in the area that we toured and it was a 1 bedroom unit and close to home. However, they don't accept pets, which is something that was important for my loved one.

We picked this community, because it is clean, attention to memory care needs, and location. Very happy we found it for mom. The staff seems to care.

The staff is very friendly and they encourage my mom to take part in activities and maintain healthy habits. And they share photos of the activities so my sister and I are aware of mom's participation. I would recommend it to others.

There are so many different choices that do not repeat consecutively. There is a lot of participants. Residents laugh, share stories and socialize during activities which makes it have a sense of family, friends and belonging. The staff genuinely have huge hearts and put the residents first. The activities directors and assistants always invite, include and show love to them all. They take their suggestions and requests and put it on the calendar and make sure they are all heard and happy.

The Ivy is so involved with their community. They do so many activities, events and outings with their residents. My son has even been able to participate/attend their trunk or treat event, dog therapy sessions, Easter bunny pictures all while being able to chat with the residents. We even got to wave and cheer them on in the town parade!! These are all such great experiences for both parties. The Ivy does an awesome job with their activities.

The Ivy at Watertown provides a variety of activities including spiritual, physical, emotional, and more! Residents are engaged in purposeful programs that are meaningful to them. Activities are scheduled based on residents preferences and requests. Residents are happy and thriving with support of ongoing daily activities. Social engagement director plans an amazing activity calendar and is involved in implementing hands on programs with residents. Activity assistants and care team are attentive and encourage participation it’s a great team effort!
