[Name removed], the Options Community Relations Manager at the La Plata office is amazing. She answered all my concerns. She gave me a source of peace. Overall quality is excellent!

I got Options brochure at Ch Hall Veterans Home. What made me finally choose Options is that you had a suitable caregiver available and your company has been around for 30 years. Licensed by the State. [Name removed], the manager was very Knowledgeable and professional. So far so good.

Everything about this company is great. The care provider, branch staff and corporate staff, they all have been very responsive. Highly recommend them.

I called A Place For Mom and they gave me a few names of home care services in the Baltimore area. I contacted 3 agencies and when I reached Options, [name removed], the manager, was very responsive. He cares to help you find help for your loved one. The care providers they sent us were aware of their duties and the performance so far has been excellent.

I was looking for help for my brother who has schizophrenia and dementia and was told he could not stay at his assisted living in Va. anymore, I had no where to turn so I started at one agency in Laplata and that agency told me to go up to Options for Senior America. No sooner did I walk in (4:50pm on a Friday) that [name removed] met me asked me to sit down and explained what her company does. She could not help me with my brother but spent over 45 minutes with me explaining the different agencies that could. I left there knowing about grants that I never knew existed. With tears flowing, I asked her why she was doing this for me since she cannot help directly. Her response will last with me forever..."because you asked and you needed it", If anyone needs help with their family members please call [name removed] at Options.

Care Providers were excellent, office staff was very helpful and new manager is very compassionate about making sure services are provided as asked.

The Options team of Merrillville was so helpful an efficent in helping me get the care I needed. They found me a wonderful lady [Name removed]. She helped make my world a lot brighter an kind. We found this agency in the resource Book for seniors. I called 6 companies total and the reason I went with Options is the initial interaction with the manger [Name removed] as well as the professionalism and the responsiveness of their staff. For this I give them a rating of 5.
