Moving Mom from her Assisted Living situation to Memory Care has been a true blessing. Her emotional state has improved significantly since she has moved to the Preserve at Beavercreek. In spite of her significant constraints, hearing, vision and memory function, at age 99 she is making friends, developing new routines , and appears to be adjusting well. And this is all despite rather significant turnover in leadership roles in the few months she has been there. The entire staff at the Preserve is trained and knowledgeable about how to support her dementia -- a key difference from Assisted Living, where some understood instinctively, but none were trained.

Best Assisted Living I have recently... Visted with a family friend during happy hour, had a blast! Loved how all the residents were engaged with the employee's. Very clean, family friendly community. Would definitely recommend this community to anyone.

The staff at Chateau Brickyard are wonderful and very caring. They know all the residents by name and help them with any problems they have. I feel very secure having my parent there and appreciate the level of care they provide. The community is super friendly as well. Chateau Brickyard has a variety of activities both during the day and in the evenings and they also hold special family events. I am impressed with how many activities they have in a given day and they also have transportation for shopping, eating out, and special activities around the city. The only item that needs improving is the food and that is still pretty good most of the time.

I really love this place. It has such a home-like and comforting feel to it. The staff and management are awesome. Had a great time with my dad at their Thanksgiving dinner. Over all I think it's an A plus facility.

We ended up picking this facility because the value of care for the price was great and my Mother would be close to other family members. When you first walk in, you notice how beautiful the community and that it has a great homey feel. The staff members are all attentive and give excellent care to my mom. It’s a new facility and they are improving every single day. Everything is what we anticipated and more. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

We have seen some improvement in my mother in law since she moved into this community. She seems to be getting a better diet and she does not seem to mind the food. They have a lovely dining room. The staff seem quit caring, concerned and get along well with her. They get top marks on their cleanliness. They offered a lot of activities for the holidays and this community does not feel like it is in a commercial place.

The staff that conducted the tour were nice and knowledgable. The community was clean and well maintained. This was my second choice of a place to live.

Two weeks into mom's move from Ohio to AZ and so far it's going great. Mom likes her apt, the people and the food! Working on getting all the medications correctly.

Overall the community is great. It is located in a nice area. I am comfortable with allowing my mother to roam because I know there is always someone close by to keep an eye on her. The staff is really nice. There are lots of activities for my mother to enjoy. She loved them. The common area carpet may need a little attention but there is brand new carpet in my mother's room which is really nice. The food is just OK. I wish they had softer food items for some of the residents to choose from.

The staff at this community has been very accommodating to my mother and our family. This is a really nice community and everything is working out well. She is still adjusting to the community and the staff has been trying to help her with that. There is many activities through out the week for the residents. I tired the food on tour and the meals are great. I would recommend this community. I would just say to be prepared for the process.

I loved walking into Chateau because it was very welcoming and warm. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and they all went out of their way to make sure I felt at home. It is a very clean and organized community and I had a very positive experience.

They have communicated very well and they have let me know what is going on with my loved one. Their care seems to be very good; if there are any issues they contact me. I would say the only thing I would like to see improved is some more planned activities.

I have lived here for a little over one year and have never been so happy. I have a darling one bedroom apartment with a patio that goes out to a pretty court yard! I love the activities and the staff are all so nice to me and my friends

The staff at Avalon is caring, diligent, and friendly. They do a nice job providing care for my great-aunt. They are always helpful and are always willing to answer questions and address my concerns. I recommend Avalon as a place for your loved one should they require assistance with their daily living needs.

My mom has lived in Avalon for a few years. She moved to Memory Care more than a year ago, and since then, has done much better. The staff are kind and gentle with her and the other residents. I find that staff respond to my inquiries and want to help Mom be safe and comfortable. They are quick to ask questions so they understand what Mom wants and needs.

I am in the facility nearly everyday to visit my mother, who has been a resident for about 2 months. I have found the staff to be not only professional, but very friendly and kind. I am amazed at the scope and quantity of activities that my mom has to chose from on a weekly basis. My mother became ill recently and the staff called me quickly to be involved in the decision of how to get her to the hospital. She was admitted for about 8 days and received visits from the center director about every other day. We are pleased with the care and attention mom gets. I visit several of the other residents every day that I am in the center and find them to be happy and engaged with one another. I only don't give straight 5 stars because there is always room for improvement...but my days are more peaceful now knowing that since I can't be with her constantly, someone is caring for her when I am not there.
