[Removed] was very personable. She had done research pertaining to our first conversation. My mom bowls and it is VERY important to her. [Removed] had a print out of the nearest bowling alley, league times and discount day. That meant a lot. The facility is gorgeous and well taken care of. Relationships with patients were that I observed were that of an extended family. Very impressive.

Having a family member in this facility in the past, I loved how they were very attentive to my family and family member's needs. The staff was always courteous and professional.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. The facility has a warm feeling when you walk in. Staff and patients are very happy to be here and the staff always keep smiles on their face and speak to you. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone in need of a home like atmosphere.

I went to another facility in College Park. I met [removed], they brought me to Country Gardens. My family didn't know anything about this place. I love living here. I feel like a part of the family.

The apts in assisted living were large and spacious. In the memory care the decoration was a continuation of the entire building. The memory care private room I toured was on the small side but the only shared room was spacious. The rooms also had large windows and the two rooms I toured overlooked a flower garden. The outside area was very spacious and pretty. The staff I met were employees that had been there over 15 years and took exceptional care of the patients. There is apx 16 patients so the care ratio is good. In talking to executive director, the costs are all inclusive and there wouldn't be "surprises" on our bill. They also had plenty of activities and lots of interaction with patients.

This is a nice community but does need some major improvements. The staff are nice and were able to answer the questions we had. They need to make some improvements in the environment to make it appear to be more bright for the residents. The menu was appealing and they do offer activities. We would recommend that families your this community to see if this is what they are looking for.

This community is working out well for my friend, and her needs. She is doing well, and I feel comfortable with her move to this community. It has been a good experience, and we are pleased with all they have done for her.

My name is Emma Hilton. I like Country Gardens, there are lots of nice people.

[Removed] was in touch with me almost immediately after I spoke with [Removed]. I was able to tour the facility the same day and they assessed and accepted my father the next day. They made the move very easy. My father is very content at Oak Pointe which was a complete surprise to me. He finds the people warm, friendly, helpful and caring. That has lifted a weight from my shoulders. Everything is on one level, it has a small residency number so he is getting to know everyone. He likes the food and he says they give him enough. He said his biggest concern is that he doesn't have to worry about anything. I have had to call and inquire about him several times like a kid in camp and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Of course we are still adjusting but we pray it will continue to go well.

I am a physical therapist and come into the facility often. Every time I come in there is a warm welcoming atmosphere. Always activities going on and smiling faces. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

My mother has had nothing, but the best experience since her move to this community. Everything has worked out very well, and I'am satisfied. Everything about this community is the best. It has been a really positive experience for us with this community.

The facility is unbelievable. The management team is caring and professional.

This is a good community and I like that my mom is happy with the care that she is receiving from the great staff that is attentive to her needs. The community is clean and she does like the menu of the meals. We like knowing that she is activities with the other residents in the list of activities.We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

We toured this community for the care for my mom. We wanted a room that she would feel comfortable with. The staff were nice and answered the questions that we had. The menu looked appealing. They do offer nice activities for the residents who want to participate. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care and value that is offered

Things are working out well for mom at this community. We do have extra help coming in and they work closely with the community. I have good communication with them. The food is good, healthy and you are able to see what you are eating. The chef meets with the residents monthly to get ideas from them. They use fresh produce from the area. The staff are encouraging and mom feels like a member of the family. I would recommend taking a look at this community.

We moved my Mom from another Assisted Living about three months ago. We could not be more pleased with the change. My Mom is enjoying the programs, and loves the food. She has not needed a lot of extra help but they are always willing. Her room is always clean and she is proud to show it off. We thought it would be a challenge for her to leave her friends at the other location but it hasn't been and they are now joining her for meals here. I wished we had found this place two years ago and we would have just come here first.

We are just so blessed to have found this community. There is nothing that we don't like about this community. The staff by far is the best unit we have seen they are all so friendly, caring, and interact with all the residents and families. The food is excellently seasoned well good portions prepared very well. The inside is beautiful very clean peaceful. They offer many activities you certainly will not be bored here.

We toured this community for a certain type of care for my mom. We liked the environment and the good staff that was able to assist us. The community was clean and the staff was very nice and able to answer the questions that we had. We would recommend this community for other families to tour for the care of a loved one depending on the care needs
