I like the care from this community for my mom. The staff are great and the community is clean, They have a nice variety of the meals that are served to my mom. We would recommend this commuity for the care and the value of a love one.

This place turned out to be the best fit for what we were looking for. Good price and nice place.

The staff was friendly and professional , my mom really seems to be adjusting well with there help. she has commented several times on how nice and helpful everyone is to her, i felt like i made the right decision after only a short time meeting with them and there value was better than everywhere i checked for the support my mom gets there.

My parents moved into Regal Estates & love their new apt which is large with lots of great sunlight. The staff & residents are very warm & welcoming. Regal Estates really care about their residents & offer the best services.

The care at this community is good. This community is always very clean. The menu is very good . She is happy with the activities and participating with the other residetns. We would recommend this community for the care and the value for other families.

I like the care at this community for my husband. The staff is always nice and caring. I have had meals with him and the food is outstanding with a nice variety that is offered. They do offer activities to the residents that want to participate. We would recommend other families here for the good value and the care for a loved one.

We were greeted and welcomed by the receptionist and by any all staff that may have come in contact with us before meeting [Removed]! Our first thoughts were that the building did not have a peculiar odor!! It was fresh and clean! As we toured with [Removed] she would stop and explain different areas and their purposes while allowing us to ask questions. She was so personable and caring, she made us feel that we were making the right decision in choosing Arlington Place for our Mother!

My loved one was there for a respite stay and it was a good experience. We recommend the Greatwood and we will be using them again as well.

My mother moved here recently. The staff is very good about communicating with us. My mother is not interested in the activities they offer and the staff does a good job of try to get her to join in and encouraging her. She loves the food and that is the highlight of her day.One of the main things they can improve is the strong smell of urine when you are in the building.I'm not sure if they have a resident with incontinence but the smell started recently. We chose Oak Pointe because it is in the town our family resided in for years. I would recommend them.

Pet Friendly, very well maintained. Staff is well trained and very friendly. Rooms are well laid out but small for rent charged and have little storage areas. Only drawbacks that I can see are that only cable service is offered instead of Comcast, Dish or Direct TV. One community computer but no printer for residents. Heating and Cooling room units are noisy and leave hot and cold spots in room. The Activities planned by the staff keep the interests of the residents involved and excited about being involved. This is probably one of the premiere senior communities in Temple and is very homey.

Staff is first class and very friendly. Food is nutritious and tasty. The only drawback is the level of help to get settled after the move in. Hanging pictures, connecting TV's etc. Very little storage space and HVAC is loud and temperature is not even throughout the unit.. Transportation by the community is good. Security is good. Grounds are well kept. Some of staff smoking outside. Recommend a smoke free campus for safety and health.

The staff as far as I can see is doing a great job. They keep the residents active like with the WII bowling and all the other things that they do. My mother in law is very pleased here and so are we. The food is okay, but the community is always very clean.

They have the memory care that we were looking for. My mom will need to just get a smaller wheelchair so she can be ambulatory with the community's small hallways. I liked them and satisfied that they were able to take her in. They are impressive and professional here.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The staff was great and they answered all of our questions. My only reservation was that it was brand new, did not have full staff and that they did not have a lot of residents. Also dad did not like the building.

Our expectations were exceeded with Garden Estates in every category. Our family highly recommends Garden Estates.

This is a great community for my husband. He is doing very well here. He really likes that staff that is always attentive to his needs. The meals here are really good. He is happy to be able to participate in the activities and he is enjoying to be able to sing. We recommend this community for excellent care and value for other families.

I was very impressed with Regal Estates. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home and very comfortable. I have visited several times prior to the move in date of my family member and each time I have experienced the same friendliness and warmth. The building is clean, bright, and very airy. The two-hour window for the meals is amazing. The main thing that sold us on Regal Estates is the fact that all of the apartments are registered with the state as assisted, so if an independent resident develops the need to be assisted, he/she will not have to change apartments. After looking at several assisted living communities, Regal Estates was the only choice without question.

We toured the Oak Pointe in Warrenton while looking for my uncle and loved it. The place is clean and maintained very well. I told my wife, this is the place we will be moving into when we are ready.

My uncle has been very happy since he moved into the Oak Pointe. The place is very clean and maintained well. Everyone is very friendly and kind to him. We can not find anything to possibly complain about, he even found a resident that he knew from his childhood which was great. The meals are good and he is happy.

We were happy with the tour here. The staff was nice and did answer all of our questions. They had activities for good participation to keep active. The community was nice and clean. This would of been our next choice.
