This is a great place! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and take wonderful care of the residents. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place to take their loved ones.

Most caring staff that you could ever ask for! Clean, comfortable environment. Food could be improved by simply preparation by not overcooking.

My mother has been a resident for two years and under the new management is even Better! All t he staff is extremely caring always attentive and concerned for her needs. The facility has just been renovated and looks fantastic. I love the leadership, even including the Activity Director! The weekend staff is exceptionally qualified and adapt. Mom likes the food and has been happy with her residency. I would highly recommend

Magnolia Springs East is a wonderful community for my Grandmother. It is a beautiful place to live and they treat [name removed] like she is their own grandmother. Everyone is so friendly and go out of their way to give her everything she needs or wants. I would recommend Magnolia springs to anyone thinking about moving their loved ones into assisted living.

My mother has lived at Magnolia Springs East for nearly 6 years. She has an apartment which she likes very much. MSE has very good food, an excellent care team, activities and opportunities to receive physical therapy on site. I would recommend MSE for anybody looking for an assisted living senior living home for their loved one.

The friendliness of the staff members, their care services and their activities all get 6 stars, they are incredible. From the moment you walk in you can see the residents participating in activities, the staff members are there greeting you and it does not smell like a nursing home. It has a very warm and inviting atmosphere to it.

They are very good with how they communicate and interact with their clients and patients and the family. Your loved one can be who they are and they don't have to change anything at all. This is a great community.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked this facility, everybody was quite friendly. This was absolutely a top choice for us.

The people make this place so wonderful. I'm well-looked after. The community is well-organized. I've lived her five years and would highly recommend it.

Residents show their talent at the annual arts and craft fall show in the lobby. A world class chef provides wonderful meals along with his talented staff. Transportation is provided to medical appointments plus scenic local trips by bus. Exercise equipment is available in the gym, where a kindred physical therapist is available. Bingo players can cash in their Magnolia bucks at the in house general store where there are an assortment of products such as greeting cards, bathroom items and writing products. Snack items are supplied at no cost in the bistro any time. A quarter mile walking trail (paved) is on the 11 acre site.

Depending on what your loved ones needs are I would recommend this community. If you have someone that needs memory care and needs assistance caring for themselves this is a great place to consider for your loved one.

We are more than pleased with Magnolia Springs. We chose this facility because of the feeling that I got when we were here. The staff were happy and the residents were happy and interacting with each other. We looked at a couple other places and I just did not get that warm feeling from them like I did here. It is the complete package and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Excellent food, friendly staff. Everyone speaks to the residents calling them by name. All services are excellent! Best place in Carmel to live and be a part of!

From the minute you drive up on property you feel at home, property is truly well maintained staff is very warm and pleasant. Service is professional and makes you feel at home. All people involved wants you to be home! Which it is.

They have been amazing. We went with Eagle Ridge because it is all inclusive pay, so we know what we will be paying each month and how to budget. It is the perfect size, it is not too big but also not too small so there is plenty of space to change the scenery. They also have a great courtyard area so residents are able to be outside and enjoy fresh air and it feels very home like. I definitely feel that this facility had the best value for the money compared to all of the other facilities that we looked into. I really have no complaints at all, the staff are wonderful and will send me pictures of my grandma participating in the activities provided. The administrator is on top of things and very energetic. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.

Excellent, attentive, caring staff.

Magnolia Spring is a very attractive community, we are so delighted to of found them. We moved our loved one from a previous community that was a bad situation, and so far everything has been so positive. Whenever we call to speak with our loved one, we can never get ahold of her because she is out and about doing the activities. The staff members there are very nice and pleasant to speak with. Overall we are very pleased, we cannot say enough good things about them.

If I can't live on my own. I cannot think of a better place. Great opportunities.

Our family had an in person tour experience and we liked the tour and the layout of the facility, it was nicely appointed. However the community we ended up choosing just offered more for a lesser price.
