I really wish that they would add more items to the menu. I was told there would be many options and they keep repeating the same meals and only offer two choices. I really like that there is an elevator in the community i can move around much easier. I feel that it has been a safe community. The staff is very courteous and are always on top of things.

So far, everything about The Oaks experience is Great.

It is a wonderful community. My father in law is doing very good the staff treats him very well. It's clean and up-kept. They do offer various activities for him to participate in. He is very comfortable and feels safe. We would definitely recommend this community to a friend or a loved one. I would move in here if i was able to its great.

My father was here at this community for a respite stay. Everything went very well, they did a good job caring for him and his needs. Everybody was wonderful and friendly. They provided him with great care. He was very pleased with the meals, the food is good. Overall everything worked out very well.

Absolutely loved this facility. The energy of both staff and residents was great. Only licensed to care for 60+ so it didn't work for us. But it was a place that I, as a 35 yr old, would love to retire to one day!!

The food at Broadway Proper is great. They offer a lot of healthy choices. My mom is doing great since moving in. The staff are great and I appreciate the way they interact with her. This is a clean well taken care of community.

Love this place, mom loves it, everyone very helpful and friendly. They really are very good to the residents and the staff is top notch from top to bottom, no matter what the issue they are there to help.

This is a wonderful place, I'am really enjoying my time here. There are so many things to do, I've gone on some casino trips. They do a great job with the cleanliness, my apartment is cleaned twice a week. The staff is lovely, they are very helpful and friendly. The food is great, I'am pleased with the meals. I'am really happy here and I would highly recommend this community.

The staff is great they are very patient. One that I had to work on with the staff was the way my mother eats. They have been very compromising and accommodating. I know she is in good hands and receiving great care. I would recommend it.

Everything is working out very well for my mother here. We are very happy with everything they have done for us. She has adjusted well to it and is happy here. The staff is caring for her very well. We are very pleased with the care my brother Joseph Kraft is receiving at Atria. The professionalism and caring attitude of the staff is wonderful. His room is most comfortable, the food is terrific, and the medical care is great.

I took a tour of this nice community. It is very pleasant all around and the people are nice too. I was showed a room that was upstairs and I noticed a stairwell next to the rooms. I feared my mom would fall down one day and it just seemed unsafe to me. The services provided are very good but the distance was not convenient for me either.

Very caring and professional in their approach to taking care of residents. Our family has been very satisfied with our experience so far.

I have lived here 3 years. Love every day. So many friends. The STAFF is the BEST! So helpful and kind.

My father-in-law is moving into The Oaks tomorrow so I am writing this review simply because I wanted to say how pleased we've been with the staff during our search process. I looked at many communities for the perfect place for my father-in-law and made the decision on The Oaks because, (1) it's really nice and (2) the staff. I want a great apartment for him, sure, but, more importantly, I want to know that the people that will surround him are good and, at The Oaks, they are all really good and I know I can come to them with any concerns and they'll be handled quickly. If you decide to tour The Oaks, and I recommend that you do, you'll more than likely meet Lance. He really took his time with us and answered our many, and I mean many questions with patience and kindness. He's obviously aware of the need for that in this type of situation but I didn't find that with other tours that I took at different communities. I told Lance, and I want to state it here, that he was a big part of what made The Oaks the right place for us. We'll have other folks helping my father-in-law out after he moves in but I know that I can pick up the phone and call Lance if I need to and that's really a comfort with all that comes with downsizing a loved one. Thanks Lance, and The Oaks for being the right place for my father-in-law!
