I cannot say enough good things about The Clairmont. They had nurse practitioners that came to the residents inside the facility so she never had to leave to go to doctors appointments. She had a one bedroom apartment and it was adequate for her needs. The food is really good and you can order half portions of any meal. what sticks out the most is it is very personable and much like home, I have never felt that in any other facility. They have no staff roll overs so they formed relationships with their residents. The manager her could not be any better, she cares about each and every resident and treats them like family. She always goes above and beyond.

We chose Summerfield Retirement Estates because it was more affordable for what you get. The apartment sizes here are very good and spacious. I have eaten here and the food is excellent, they have a chef on site that prepares all of the meals, they are very fresh. The best part about the community so far has been all the friends my mom has made. I would highly recommend it to others.

From the staff members we have had contact with they have been very friendly, it is a little higher priced, but for what you get it is worth it. The care services are great. and the activities are very good. Our loved one doesn't always participate in them, but when she does she enjoys the exercise classes, and she used to play bingo. Our loved one is an old fashion country eater, and a lot of times they have food items she isn't sure what it is, but what food we have seen before COVID it looked like it was good healthy food. The cafeteria is nice and clean.

Windsor Heights Assisted Living is a really nice facility. It is very clean here and all of the care givers and staff are personable and friendly. I have visited her a couple times socially distanced outside and my mom seems happy and well cared for. Since COVID they are still keeping residents occupied with activities. They are doing things like coffee and conversation, family Face-time visits, virtual reality travel, pet therapy, bingo, manicure and hand spa, etc. I would recommend this community.

The community is wonderful. My mom was super excited and enjoyed in the community. Everyone at the Gardens went out of their way to assist us in getting my mom out of her former community, and moved over to The Gardens. During the process of my mom being in the former community she came down with COVID. The community was extremely supportive to the family. The Gardens followed every protocol in keeping all residents and employees safe during this pandemic. They haven't had any cases of COVID in the community. This wonderful community made sure to come in clean and sanitized my mom's room twice a day. The Gardens immediately had physical therapy and other services waiting for my mom to get started and helping her settled in. If I ever needed a place I would look to see if any communities in my area were associated with this community. It is a wonderful place.

This should be your first choice. The overall items they do. The community isn't on lock down. They are participating in activities around town. They allow the residents to socialize. I was able to eat with my loved one in the community, and the food was good.

Really great place. I felt like [name removed] was very honest in telling me the price. The community is very clean and smells so good. I really think we found the right place. My heart is full.

We are very happy with this community overall, our loved one is in independent living so she doesn't need to many care services. Some activities they have are yoga, happy hour, music and poetry. They have games, and would even go out on small outings. From our understanding our loved one says the food could be a lot a better.

My wife was only at Whitetail Springs for 6 weeks. Due to COVID19 I never was farther than the front office. From what I could tell from photos, it seemed very nice. All the staff was very friendly and she was very well cared for. The Smile app was very useful for communicating, seeing what activities she was doing and viewing photos. I would highly recommend Whitetail Springs.

Whitetail Springs has been great with mom. Actually seen a big change in her attitude for the better. Staff is very helpful and caring. Tons of activities to keep her busy.

We chose Ashley Gardens because it was a new facility, very clean and the staff was very nice. Just an overall good feel. I would want others to know that when my father in law was here he was truly thriving. For example the staff members would work with him on a day to day basis when he needed to shower, get a haircut, etc. My favorite part about Ashley Gardens was the staff encouraging him to interact. They had him up playing bingo and making sure he did what he needed to do. I would absolutely recommend.

They are very friendly. They meet the residents and families needs. They are there for your loved one when you can't be. They ease you into the step by step process. The community is very clean. They have adult bowling, even if it's from the resident's wheel chair. Outdoor picnics, singing, print up their daily sheet for the residents and read for the residents to keep them up with the events, and put on old time movies. They try to educate the families on dementia. I am thankful this place exists since I can't take care of my loved one. They call when anything happens with you loved one and go over all the medication for your loved one. They do a family newspaper to let you know what is going on, to keep you updated with things in the community.

Quail Ridge is an absolute Godsend for my family. My mom has lived at two other local facilities with memory care. Those facilities do not even come close to Quail Ridge. They have staff that are highly trained in dementia. The staff is so loving and caring. The activities they have for the residents keep them very engaged and happy. My sisters and I can finally sleep at night knowing our mom is safe and happy. Thank you Quail Ridge!!

Love the community! [name removed] went above and beyond to help and answer all our questions. Everyone has been so helpful. My dad is adjusting well! We would highly recommend the Clairmont!

So far this is definitely my top contender. The property was very nice and in a great location. Price was right, shanties great, and apartments are beautifully updated. It has the feel of an apartment building versus a nursing home. Would like to find some others similar, but with a younger population of at all possible.

This is an amazing new community for independent active senior adults. It's centrally located, professional staff and go see this place - great appearance and a great place to live!

[name removed] and her team do a great job making you feel at home and comfortable. Very knowledgeable. The community is beautiful and the apartments are so lovely decorated. This is a great addition to Greenville. Anyone would be fortunate to live here.

I looked at several places and the Clairmont was actually the first one we visited. I chose this community because I felt it was best place for my mother that I could find. The staff is very caring and professional. They treat everyone very well. They treated me like family whenever I visited. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

We want to take this opportunity to thank the entire professional and caring team at Caleo Bay for taking such wonderful care of our mom during a very difficult "end of life" period for our family. We want to specifically acknowledge the current manager [name removed], the previous manager [names removed] and especially [name removed]. The attention payed to our mom was evident on every level and every day that our dad was able to visit with her, until Covid lock down. And when that was no longer possible, because of Covid 19 lock down protocols, they responded to his calls, sometimes 3x a day. Mom was a resident from October 2019 thru her passing this past month. They focus on family thru all of their programming, and support. They celebrated my parents love story every day. The facility is ultra clean, never felt like a traditional nursing home. The food was not that bad either. Anyway we would highly recommend this specialized center as we looked into so many options in the Palm Desert area, where mom could be close to dads home. Wow, this place is beautiful and full of amenities. If you like cruising, you should love this place. You will be pampered and fed daily, there is always something to do, and the staff is amazing.
